For almost a year I was unable to effectively track my ads campaigns in Meta, since my website used some booking engine and payment was done in Stripe window. This didn't allow Meta Pixel to track customers who actually made a booking.

I almost felt like giving up, but then Meta support suggested to try Albato.

I did try to set Automation myself, but could not configure it correctly. Again, almost gave up but decided to give it another shot and wrote to the support.

Then the magic started. Pedro took exceptional care of me and helped to set up all flows correctly. Actually exceptional does not even describe it fully. The best, the most caring and amazing support I have ever received.

When the service invests in real people, not ai bots, this makes me want to stay.

I had a pesky issue with webhooks coming from another platform [Jotform] to Albato and not having the right info being available in the packet. I was connected first with Pedro at Albato who could have easily brushed the issue off and given me a stock answer. But, he spent a great amount of time trying some potential, and technical, solutions to investigate the issue and maybe solve the problem. He did this over several days! Trying to help me across numerous business day. Along the way he emailed me with clear and informed updates on what he'd determined about the issue and how to solve it. As it turns out, it really was an issue with Jotform not sending data in a webhook that was easily usable. So, we determined that all possible good methods of getting it to work on the Albato end were not the best solutions and that I should not use webhooks from Jotform; the API from Jotform is the best solution.

At any rate, A huge A++ to Pedro and the Albato team for taking a pesky minor issue from a small time use [me] seriously and being very dedicated and thorough in the quest to help. Yay!

Your team member Pedro just saved me hours of frustration as I could not work out my own error. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed the (my) issue really quickly. Thank you.

I’m extremely happy with Albato’s support. They’re always helpful and quick to assist. The live chat support is a huge advantage, especially compared to Make.com, which only offers email support and often takes a long time to reply. Because of that, I’ve migrated all my automations to Albato. Also great thanks to Gospel and Pedro, you are awesome!

Heboly foi ótimo e atencioso, não encontrei a solução para a minha questão, mas acredito que seja pelo envio de dados do Tiktok ou por conta da API do Botconversa que não idenficava o ID correto para envio do fluxo de conversas.

I had Pedro help today and he was amazing! Listened to what my issue was and promptly worked to solve it. He also explained what he did so I understood exactly what was happening. He also suggested things to improve what I was working on. I am extremely pleased with his customer service today.
