Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Very disappointing experience. We had a scheduled 2:30 pickup, but when I called the driver at 2:40, he seemed surprised that he was supposed to pick us up at that time. I then called the company’s office multiple times and received no response for two and a half hours. When they finally responded, it was by email simply saying that they were sorry there was traffic. However, traffic was not the issue.
The lack of communication and coordination was extremely frustrating. If there is a delay or issue with a scheduled pickup, the bare minimum is to communicate with the customer and provide an update. I would not use this service again.
To make matters worse, we were a group of 10 people traveling with luggage. Leaving a group of that size waiting for hours with no communication is especially unacceptable. This was not a situation where we could simply call an Uber and find an alternative—we were relying on a pre-arranged transportation service for a long journey.
