Horrendous experience looks like they were sewn by a child the dress was minuscule and could be worn as a top. Such appalling quality.
They make it almost impossible to return. Please do not waste your money.

Ordered a dress that arrived a week late. It was a completely different colour then what appeared on the website, in a completely different, much cheaper, material. The dress is see through and uneven and isn’t even made to fit the size that i ordered. They don’t offer refunds and are charging €20 to return on top of a £12 restocking fee, with the remaining charge being sent as an e-gift card. Do not order

I’m not someone who writes bad reviews but I feel I have to on this occasion as to warn people.

Just don’t order from here - no matter how pretty the photos.

There were issues at their warehouse meaning my item arrived 2 weeks late and so it was now useless as it was ordered to wear on holiday. When the item did arrive it was such poor quality, ie you could see my underwear and to top it off they don’t offer legitimate refunds which most likely is illegal however I don’t have the time to argue over £40

I thought the company was ran by an aspiring fashion girly but turns out it’s actually just a big marketing scam :(

Literally the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Sent me the wrong item and wouldn’t give me a refund or even let me return what they sent me. No apology or remorse whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER.

Recently ordered the Nalia Maxi set and I am positively surprised by the quality of the clothing as well as the delivery process. It came in a branded bag with all labels attached. Clearly a brand that cares for their products and customers

Love this brand! Finally a brand that is affordable and offers the dresses that i want. Alot of other brand are way more expensive. My order took about 9 days to arrive but for this price i am super happy 🥰

I ordered a dress from Alega Fashion two months ago and never received it. I paid a lot of money, and they gave me a fake tracking number that showed delivery to Mexico, not the UK. When I contacted them, they offered to resend the dress, which would take another three weeks. They refused to give me a refund and only offered useless "Alega Fashion Points." This is a scam company. Don't buy from here. I am very angry and disappointed because I really should have checked reviews of companies before buying like I always do.

FAKE BRAND do not buy from here, the photos are stolen from other brands such as Tiger Mist. The dress I ordered was not wearable at all and completely see though, looked nothing like the picture. I highly recommend avoiding shopping here at all costs its not worth it! Also had to wait over three weeks for the parcel to arrive.

My sister and I bought them clothes for the Christmas holidays and liked them a lot. Everyone was asking us where we had bought them.

I've already bought twice from them and I have to say that the clothes were beautiful. I felt sexy and elegant. I had a misunderstanding with the delivery and I must say that I had support from them until I received my clothes. I will buy again for sure.

Beyond terrible!!

Items ordered in no way fit the description of what’s advertised online. Cheap quality material and low quality design that isn’t even wearable. Shipping was incredibly delayed and items squashed and folded tightly into a plastic bag. For such high prices, they’re selling Halloween costumes from Poundland. The dresses has cheap tags and not even branded with the brands logo! Surely they’re trying to insult me! This is daylight robbery. I’ve requested for an immediate refund, and I’m waiting for a response.

Awful! Clearly a failed attempt at e-commerce site, the clothes are cheap quality and priced quite high - the packaging damaged the item and the delivery time was over 3 weeks. The clothes don’t even have the “Alega” label but some random label from their suppliers. DO NOT BUY unless you like expensive prices and terrible quality
