If I could give 0 that would be it.
My bad for not checking the reviews before, I often do so but this time they got me. It's a real SCAM, showing items in the website that do not look AT ALL the real ones!

I ordered a brown dress with different colours, it does not look like the one on the website that seems like a very sexy dress. What I received is my Grandma's gown. The material is rigid, the fit is awful because of it, the split in the skirt is little compared to the pic one and all the details are different.

I ordered a black dress, it looks transparent with volumes and fitted with a short undergown underneath the top skirt in veil... The one I received is a BIN BAG, ALL IN THE SAME Length, the skirt and the undergown... this is not even for Halloween?!!!

I ordered a long white dress which is similar to the picture but they sent it in a bigger size then the one I ordered.

If the products are ugly and not close to the real ones, the customer service is AWFUL.

I ordered it at the end of March, mid April still no info about delivery. I have to send few emails before receiving a notification. We got to the end of April when I received it and on the same day of delivery I requested refund via email. I chased them without responses until I had to open a claim via PayPal. Despite the information and pictures shared via email and PayPal several times they are still asking for information.

I hope they close down in misery because who doesn't know how to do business and steal money from people, it's all they deserve.

Your customer service is poor. You steal money from people.

I request my money back.

Alessandrabellini è un sito truffaldino sul quale anche mia moglie si è fatta fregare.
Basta guardare bene per vedere che tutto questo sito è stato creato con l'IA (i modelli, la vetrina del negozio ecc.). Le recensioni della loro home page sono fasulli. Non c'è un numero di telefono, non ci sono le condizioni generali di vendita ecc. C'è una e-mail alla quale ovviamente non rispondono.

E' una truffa. Il vestito è arrivato anche se con molto ritardo. Ora voglio renderlo perchè non mi va bene e, nonostante abbia inviato più volte l'email per chiedere le modalità per il recesso, nessuno risponde. Non esiste un indirizzo a cui spedire e neanche un numero di telefono.

È chiaramente una truffa. Ho acquistato 3 completi per un totale di 150 euro. Non arriva nulla, non risponde nessuno. Chiesto rimborso con la protezione PayPal ma comunque ho perso tempo.

Ordinato un capo e dopo più di due settimane che potevo tracciare l'ordine, l'ordine è scomparso, non rispondono alle mail. Il nulla.

Ho ordinato un vestito il 31 marzo ho inviato quattro email, ma nessuna risposta a oggi non so nulla sullo stato di avanzamento.Alessandra Bellini Esisti?

E' dal 27 marzo che aspetto il mio ordine. Ho inviato tre email per chiedere informazioni e non ho ricevuto risposta. Considero il servizio pessimo e sono in dubbio sull'effettivo acquisto della merce.
