I received a pair of wave huggable hoop earrings from AlexCraft. When my order came there was only 1 earring, I notified them, I received an immediate response & apology. Another order was sent to me with both earrings and they are perfect. Just what I was looking for to wear semi-formal or formal. The quality of the earrings are great, they don’t hug too tight and they shine.
Customer Service gets a Solid 10 from me. Not many companies respond to a customer that quickly nor do they fix the problem as fast as AlexCraft did. I will definitely order from them again and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing very fast delivery And beautiful jewellery

I made a purchase of 20 buttons but only received 10. contacted the company and immediately received a reply saying they were on holiday & would fix the error as soon as they returned. I was thrilled to receive a full order (giving me 10 extra buttons) within 4 days of their timeline. Absolutely GREAT company. Oh, and the buttons - even more gorgeous than I expected.

Received my Sterling Silver Lever Back Tear Drop earrings in quick fashion. Nicely packaged with an air of quality. I've worn them a few days before writing this review, about two weeks or so. I have public contact in a retail big lot store. I have had shoppers compliment the earrings. Two associates have as well thus far. I am Transgender Female and really like the feminizing lift I'm getting. Much more appealing than the atypical ear gauge guys wear.
The price seems right, packaging is quality and servicing seems responsive with quick delivery to ME.

To date I have not received my order, yet you state it has been delivered. ☹️. Hoping it turns up soon.
