We’ve used Alfi Removals 3 times in the last 6 months and would highly recommend them if you looking for a service that’s quick, reliable and cost effective. We just needed 2 men and a Luton van to move our home contents into storage during a renovation and then into our new home. We did all the packing ourselves. We had a different team each time but each time they were polite, quick and very reasonable priced.

I had an incredibly unsettling experience with this removals company tonight. The driver, operating a van with license plate BV66NKP, repeatedly cut me off and brake checked me on the A40 Westway motorway at 11pm. Their reckless driving not only endangered my safety but also left me utterly disappointed with their lack of professionalism. I can't help but worry about the potential damage to the possessions they were transporting, given the way they handled their vehicle. I would strongly advise against using this company if you value your safety on the road and the integrity of your belongings.

I encourage you to read the companies response below where they allege this review is fake, despite me providing the license plate of the van engaged in the incident.

It’s unthinkable that their first stance is to say the review is fake, and allege that I have acted improperly by posting this review; rather than investigate CRIMINAL activity their driver was engaged in, really tells you all you need to know about this company.

The stand out of the experience was our mover/driver Zeray. He was absolutely amazing, so helpful and fast and advised us what to move and when. He was even able to help dismantle a piece of furniture that we hadn’t realised would be too big and lent some packing tape. He was very patient and flexible with time which we really appreciated as well. We will definitely be using this company for our next move.
