Very good láser, easy to créate things, algo láser alpha 10w

This new product arrived slightly late but was worth waiting for. It engraves perfectly and is very easy to set up. Being only about a foot cube it is easy to place wherever is convenient. My only negative is that it is slightly difficult to line up the raw material. I think anyone who is not used to laser engravers would find this a great introduction.

Before I purchased my Algolaser Alpha 10W laser, I had a competitors laser that I could not get to operate properly and they had very bad customer service. I returned that unit and did some research and purchased my Algolaser. I have been extremely pleased with my unit and how easy it is to operate. Also the online video tutorials are very helpful.
The only thing that I would say is a concern is the lever lock for the laser head is a little weak when in the locked position, so I use the turn knob that came with the unit.
But I will be recommending Algolasers to my friends and any one who is in the market for a laser.
Also, the price was well within my budget.

Got an alpha MK2, got it set up and running but had issues with the limit switch. I got in contact with customer service and they sent me a replacement one in a matter of a day. Once that arrived and I got it installed I have had no issues, the interface is simple and easy to use.

Coming from a 5w laser to this 10w AlgoLaser Delta is a revelation. It cuts and engraves effortlessly. The latest firmware update solved a niggling issue that I had with my (very long) USB cable intermittently failing to connect but all is good now. Would I recommend it? Yes, definitely.

love the machine, works fantastic, made already quiete some things, first time you have to test out some things, but the result is super !!

Awesome little DIY kit easy to set up. Have made a couple tests pieces and they turned out fantastic.It does take a little time to figure out the settings and adjustments but once you do its easy easy to make stuff!!

I’m still learning how to use it but it’s a lot easier than my flatbed laser and I wish that it had more explanation to it, but it is easier than my flatbed and I do enjoy that so I like how small it is and I like the fact that it is Easier and it more compact and it goes into the Wi-Fi a lot easier, but it is harder to put pictures onto the engraver that’s it’s only downfall, but again as I said, I’m still learning because my flatbed is less difficult when it comes to that because it goes strictly by my phone with my Wi-Fi so I like I said I’m still learning, but I am enjoying the laser very much my flatbeds only a 5 W the mini I bought is a 10 W

I'm loving my DIY Mini 10W laser. I'm having fun creating coasters and other things.

I ordered from Algolaser’s official site because they promised EU delivery from a Czech warehouse. Instead, the product was shipped from China and I had to pay customs fees. Support initially offered to cover half, but after I paid, they stopped responding. Very disappointing and misleading experience.

Ich hatte ein technisches Problem mit meiner Elektronikplatine – ein Bauteil hatte sich verabschiedet. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support verlief absolut vorbildlich: Noch am selben Tag erhielt ich eine Antwort. Nach einem kurzen, freundlichen Austausch über das Problem und die Zusendung einiger Fotos wurde mir direkt eine Ersatzplatine zugesichert. Heute kam sie bei mir an.

Der Support war durchweg schnell, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich – vielen Dank an Johnny!

Auch zum Laser DIY KIT MK2 10W kann ich nur Positives sagen: Der Aufbau ist einfach und gut durchdacht. Die Arbeit mit dem Laser macht richtig Spaß, die Steuerung über WiFi ist sehr praktisch und die Ergebnisse sind beeindruckend. Ein tolles Produkt, das hält, was es verspricht.

I have just received my first laser engraver based on ease of use reviews. The machine seems fine, but the support is appalling. The chat room is never manned, and messages saying they will email aren’t followed up. The website is appalling. I cannot find a comprehensive user manual anywhere. Everything I have learned so far has been via you tube. The app will not link to my machine, but instead of being able to find answers you repeatedly are referred to the same instructions. I am sure this machine has fantastic potential but I wonder if I will ever be able to exploit it.

I bougt a AlgoLaser DIY KIT MK2 Extension Kit on 25th of october 2024. The delivery time was between 5 and 12 days.Now it is 9th of november and still no delivery. I've sended several emails but nobody seems to bother to reply,not even a tracking possibility.So i'm very disappointed in the company.
