I have experienced the same as everyone else. tried returning items to china and been waiting since April. Initially i was getting replies from Emma but now my emails are bouncing back.

Would give zero star rating if I could. Bought a dress from here after checking and believing, that they were a small London boutique. Absolutely shocking. Colour not as advertised, poor quality fabric and poor fit. Returned at my own cost to china as instructed by them. The dress had been stuck at customs waiting for them to collect ever since. Emails to them now bounce back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHODDY EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company. The dress I purchased was completely misrepresented in its photograph and description. Not only was it poorly made and a bad fit, it was also faulty as the dye from the pattern had leaked onto other parts of the dress making it completely unfit for use. It took weeks to arrive and when I tried to return it I was told the shipping costs would be too high. This is despite the company claiming it was a small London boutique that gave quick and easy 30 day returns. It was apparent that the dress was made in China and although I sent photos upon request of the faults, the company would not refund my money but instead offered me a replacement which I declined. Follow up emails have since bounced back so I can no longer contact the company and I still have no refund. Extremely frustrating

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... I BOUGHT TWO OUTFITS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS COMING FROM LONDON AND CAME FROM CHINA ! SENT THEM BACK AS THEY WERE SUCH BAD QUALITY WHICH COST ME £40 NOW DOWN £130 AS THEY HAVENT REFUNDED MONEY AND CANNOT CONTACT THEM.

Shocking ... Wrong colour delivered. Wanted me to pay to return the dress or then charge me extra for a new dress..
Agreed I didn't have to pay for a replacement and no new dress has arrived ... And emails now not working . Not a uk company... Avoid ...

Absolutely shocking. Dress took 4 weeks to arrive and was a totally different colour and awful material! Hard to get hold of anyone, then asked to send the dress back which cost £27.00 to China and I still have not had a refund! In all cost me £75!!! Tracking says the package is still in customs, been 3 weeks now!

Thought this was a UK based company.
It took ages to come. When it arrived it was too small & cheap material .
Tried to return it. Emailed them to arrange a return, they replied they will send me a larger size free of charge & to keep the old one.
No mention of a refund.

I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I thought i was buying from a London store, clearly not took about 4 weeks to arrive so i missed the occasion it was to be worn to. I have asked to send it back and they said it would be too expensive as it came from an oveseas partner, they had advertisea a London moving store add which is still on facebook. She just keeps asking about the qualilty which isnt great either, zip is getting stuck and wont go up, They asked to send photos and then they asked for videos which i have sent twice - they say they cant open them. There are actually no words on how fustrating this company are. I wish i had read the reviews, i will know for again - lesson learnt but my advise to anyone else thinking of buying from these scam artists - DONT BUY YOU WILL REGRET

Dreadful item, misleading customers and falsely advertising that they are a British company. How on earth they can get away with this is beyond me.

The quality of the items is poor and also poorly made. My dress had different coloured stitching to the colour of the dress! On asking to return, they have stated that costs are too high as they have moved their supplier overseas, and that I have to pay. Instead they said I can have another item as a good will but must pay £10. Avoid this company

Absolute scam company. I made the mistake of buying a dress from them. It looked nothing like their website image. It was cheap and nasty with a broken zip and the colour was nothing like the image. I asked for a refund and they said I could have a 20% refund and keep the item or if I wanted a full refund, I would have to send it to their warehouse in China at my own expense. The return company was called Wuxi New Generation Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. Legally they have to give a full refund regardless of what their website says. Thankfully I paid with my credit card so I can claim it back via that. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. One star is too many stars for this company

Absolute scam. Phone number doesnt work. Nor does their email. Nowhere to send their shoddy clothes to.
So annoyed as I am usually so careful.
