Great pricing, great support, fast support, good server components and no server lag. Alien host is my favourite host from every host I used. I recommend this hosting service for sure.

The tools given are great. It‘s very easy to install minecraft mods and plugins etc.
Although I am struggling every time to find my way to that particular interface. While the ships theme is nice and all, it‘s very confusing too. Tool tips would be helpfull, I think. …. Or a tutorial, you can rewatch/ reread or something. I am very forgetfull.

The website didn't feel that intuitive to navigate initially, but once I was able to find my way to the server's wiki and work out how to set things up it was all really straightforward and easy to set up. Customer response time on Discord was great too, even on public holidays.

Best Server host ever, great staff, best price it's perfect. Maybe at first it all looks complicated but setting up a paper server or a modded server with a mod pack doesn't need any experience if you need help the staff is quick to respond it's easy and great for everyone!

The staff is responding fast enough, to not wait a long time, the server is starting and stopping in vanilla 4 seconds only to start and to stop 1 - That's incredibly fast! On paper and other it takes 7 seconds but it just needs to load plugins so it's understandable. Really easy to do things. And everything is fine and really good. The only thing I dont like is that on fabric you can add modpakcs, not just a mod but that's dumb problem, since I can just download it from Google and then put it in the mods file, so it's not a big problem at all! Everything is really good and I really like everything!

They have an amazing set up for their website. They have a discord for updates as well and support. When they did have issues they made sure to keep everyone updated with plenty of detail as well as compensating the people whose servers were down. They have a feature where you can directly install plugins or mods and it is VERY helpful. If anyone is looking for a website to start a server on I would definitely recommend this. Please make sure you do your research on what you will need when building your server before purchasing it. Otherwise you WILL have to wait SEVERAL days to purchase anything else for that server… if you are experienced I HIGHLY recommend using Alien Host.

Amazing custemer service. Love the way you can design your server. Its cheap, i have used many hosting servers. By far best server host. But one thing i need to learn something new like how to use sftps ect. But overall 5/5
