OH MY GOD! Not just an omg! 😂 the smoked salmon poke bowl (I got the 400g serve) was AMAZING. Top notch restaurant quality. As in I’d expect to get it served to me at a restaurant. There was so much smoked salmon in it! And the salad was really tasty. 😋 It was mildly spicy which I didn’t expect and would ideally prefer it low spice rather than mild spice but overall extremely impressed. Thankyou so much. Ps. I’ve eaten the garlic pizza as well which fit in my air fryer for 8 min. Delicious!

Mum has dementia and these meals have…
Mum has dementia and these meals have made life easier.
Only issue is mum ate 3 meals in one day instead of 1 meal at night.
I have now written on label the day to eat. So I write, IN VERY LARGE WRITING ‘Sunday night meal’ - heat in microwave with plastic cover wrap still on, heat for 2 minutes, peel off plastic and eat. Eat only 1 meal at night.’
So far this has helped.

Hands Down Best Keto Meals In Australia
Honestly, ALifePlus deserves a better overall score than its competitors (especially Foober and its odd dependance on capsicum, yuck!). Yeah sure the website and ordering are a bit clunky, but the menu and the meals themselves? Honestly, with the 400g portions, gourmet ingredients and innovative recipes, ALifePlus has the best delivered keto biz on the market. My only gripe is in the few meals with cauli rice, it seems a wee bit undercooked, but I've passed this feedback onto the chef through the wonderful Amelia on the chat support line who is always most helpful.

This is my first order with this company. I was very happy with my meals. I found they were full of flavour and there was a good variety for GF eaters. The size I ordered (250g) was perfect for me. I will definitely be placing another order.

A one off order not to be repeated
UPDATE ON THE INITIAL REVIEW BELOW
Amelia from a-life plus contacted me and apologised on behalf of the company for their third party courier handling of my package.
I am not sure that it was necessarily the fault of the courier 100% as the contents of the box were very loosely packed inside the cooling bag.
I have since received meal delivery from a different company and note that their meals were packed one at the other and the cooling bag was tightly taped around the food containers so that, unless the container was tipped 90 degrees in any direction, there was no ability for them to be knocked over during transit.
50% discount on my next meal order or a 50% refund from this order.
I'm afraid that the food is far too oily or not quite as described or shown in the online pictures. The frittata that was in my package, whilst in one piece, did not resemble the online picture, it also did not look like any frittata I have ever seen.
I could see no egg structure to it and I was unable to identify the tiny weenie 1mm cubes of green/grey vegetables in it. The main taste was cheese, and I attribute this to the lashings of cheese over the top of the vegetables. I ate a third of it before binning it.
The keto pizza not in a square container, but on a pizza tray is very tasty and could be enhanced even more by being not so oily.
The keto brownie was also tasty as was the harissa fish.

When my meal delivery turned up, it appeared as if someone had grabbed the box thrown it in the air and let it drop straight onto the ground.
Not only were all of my meals slid to one side of their oversized containers, ingredients that are not meant to be reheated we're well mixed in with ingredients that are meant to be reheated. The pulled beef poke bowl could not look less appetizing, not only that but if you read the reheat instructions I am to leave the plastic on. This will then heat up the coleslaw and any salad component that's visible in the box as well as destroying the salad dressing.
The shepherd's pie and cauliflower mash was an eye opener for this exact reason because the cheese had slid to the bottom end of the container and the contents of the beef and mash were so soupy that they were almost liquefied albeit with a few lumps of beef. The rubber cheese strip at the very bottom end of the container was by far the most tasty part of the meal. The cauliflower mesh had no taste other than slimy, and the beef soup with so oily that the orange oil was visible and very unappetizing.

Makes keto more enjoyable
Makes keto more enjoyable. I started with 5 meals first, lunch and dinner and loved every single one of them. Meal preparation for the week would take a day for me and I’d have the same thing every day which got a bit boring. Thank you for A life Plus, large amount of different dishes and they taste amazing. Thank you to AI when I was trying to find a keto ready meal, all the rest had higher carbs.

Bad food, bad customer service
They held my money for 2 weeks because they messed up paperwork then deferred my meals another week because they thought I wanted too.
Finally get meals most are tiny. 1 never showed green beans in pic and was just hidden in ingredients.
Enchiladas where NOT enchiladas but more a quince type thing in salad. No wrap, no cheese and about a fingernail worth of sour cream.
When brought up to them all they said was thanks for feedback no offer to make it right. Wouldn't recommend them

DIDN'T RECEIVE FOOD
I didn't receive my meal even though it was ordered weeks in advance. I ordered this weeks ago so I wouldn't have to cook on my birthday as cooking is difficult when you're disabled. I never left home all day yet never did I hear from the Company. Hopefully they will refund my money as they didn't supply the food that I ordered for my birthday.

Order arrived some time today
Order arrived some time today. No notice of delivery and in spite of my instruction to leave on seat at front door, the box was just thrown on the porch making it difficult for me as i have a bad back. Another food delivery company will notify a delivery time and will bring box into kitchen. Meals are very small compared to another company i use and for same price. No comment on taste yet as I have not tried .
