I felt like they were treating me as if I was going to skip town.
I have been working with Align technology for about 20 years. During this time I purchased a scanner, attended many courses and paid for many invisalign treatments. A payment was late about a month due to credit card expiration had passed and I felt like they were treating me as if I was going to skip town. Very disappointed. Instead of working on all the seminars, may be Align should spend some time or money on employee training.
