This is a pathetic company
This is a pathetic company. I had to work with them because of their tie-up with ICICI Prudential. Their medical staff was unprofessional and rude when they came for my medical. They didn't follow the appointment scheduled and arrived at their own convenience and when I asked for the proof of the appointment details, they did not have it. Upon completing the process, the agent left without communicating anything regarding what should I expect or what will happen next.
This is a pathetic medical partner to work with. Never go with them.
