Was looking for a hoist for temporary hire for my severely disabled brother who was visiting Blackpool for a short break. Really struggled to find a company in the Blackpool area but came upon Aline mobility online.
I called and explained my predicament and the service I received from the very first phone call was second to none. The lady I spoke with Karen couldn’t have been more helpful and all correspondence was timely and professional. They even delivered all the way to Blackpool. The equipment was perfect for my brothers needs and the price was reasonable. Can’t praise this company enough thank you for helping to make his stay seamless.

Very quick and efficient service.

The order process was simple. The delivery took a little longer than expected.
The delivery company stated that they could not deliver and left it at the local post office.
No problem really but I had left instructions to leave with neighbour and this was not attempted.
Item seems perfectly suited for it's intended use.

I ordered a seat belt reacher from Alinemobility . Unfortunately it was out of stock at the time but I was informed of this and assured it would not be long before it was back in stock. The item was very reasonably priced. But the delivery charge was more than the product and this is why there are four rather than five stars, I appreciate that packaging & delivery has a cost but when it more than doubles the price it’s a bitter pill to swallow. The product performs well but I’ve not quite got to grips with how to beat position it so that it stays in the place it is easiest to grab while also not being really in the way/uncomfortable during seatbelt wear while driving. I am happy with the quality of product which is robust, and the service I received was great so I would buy here again.

All went good from order placement to keeping me informed of delivery

My partner had been knocked off his motorcycle and was struggling at home to sleep etc with his injuries
This happened prior to the Easter weekend. Spoke to Colin and explained and he agreed to open up for us on Good Friday, and provided us with a rise recline chair, electric bed and other mobility equipment. Aline were a lifeline to us and even delivered the equipment later that day.
They will go the extra mile and really do care. Have no trouble recommending them or using again if needed.

Recently dealt with this company alongside my elderly grandparents for them to have a stairlift installed. What an amazing experience from start to finish. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were really helpful and had a good knowledge of what my grandparents would need, they booked a free survey in at a time best suitable for us. The guy who come to measure the stairs was on time and really chatty while still getting the job done.
Within 48 hours, we had been sent 2 quotes for both a new or a refurbished lift. I was shocked that there was no constant harassing to go ahead with anything, the ball was left completely in our court.
The stairlift was fitted by a lovely young engineer who kept everything clean and tidy and left us with everything we needed to safely use the stairlift along with an out of hours number and the office number in case we have any problems.
This company put us all at ease with their professionalism and product knowledge and made entering the next stage of life that bit easier to face for my grandparents.

Ordered a bath stool which was unsuitable for my wife. She sat on it fully clothed to try out and all the protective foam is still as delivered. Phoned the company and was told I would need to return it in original box. Not a problem.
Onto their website to see how to return, but no Returns instructions available. Phoned them again and was told this time that they would not accept a return "for hygiene reasons - there may have been skin to product contact".
The item did not come in a plastic/cellophane bag so who knows what other skin to item contact has occurred before us, receiving it?!
- Mixed messages from the company regarding return/can't return.
- Item unbagged, only foam protection on metal legs.
- Watch out for the "small print".
- Ridiculous policy regarding what cannot be returned as nearly everything they sell can be categorised under the "hygiene" category.
- Buyer beware!

Ordered an item which was listed as in stock but they emailed me informing me it was out of stock. I've emailed them 3 times telling them to cancel the order as I'm not prepared to wait for them to get it in stock, it's been a week with no response. I'm about to open a PayPal case against them
