I have been impressed by the precise information and helpfulness of brother sarfraz who is dealing with our travel arrangements.
Brother sarfraz has been assisting us all the way with all arrangements and changes happening live.
I highly recommend this travel company.

Jazakalallah

I booked in June with this travel agent to perform umrah in memory of my 27 year old son who was killed in a car crash the day after he got engaged. I had specifically asked to stay in Bosphorous waqf al safi hotel as that where we had last stayed with my son before he died, only to turn up at the hotel to be told they had never booked the hotel and inside booked a cheaper hotel which was further away. The agent was Jabran, he didn’t even have the decency to tell me that I had to find out when I turned up at the hotel. We have come under such tragic circumstances only to be so disappointed. They have put us in As Safa Golden which is so much cheaper so have been scammed out of our money. This is the worst experience in my entire life. I will never be booking with Jabran and this travel agent agin and will be reporting them when I go back to the UK
