Dress is totally different to the picture, terrible quality, no return option. Lesson learned!

I ordered the set of 3 bras that claim to lift and shape the bust im a 44g as soon as I put it on well there worse than just a normal non underwired bra as the straps are adjustable would be fine if you were a size b cup

Avoid this company at all costs! Ordered a dress it took three weeks to come and when it came not only was it absolutely horrendous and the worst material ever, it was a completely different dress! I’ve sent numerous emails and all have come back with the same standard response! No way of contacting them! I wish I’d read the reviews sooner because I would not have ordered from them! Save your money!!

IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEM. Offered a partial refund if I didn't return item. Returns are funded by yourself abroad.

I wud give zero stars if I could. Trying to return bras bk which are terrible material not what they advertised.I don't no how many emails I have sent them all I want is a returns address but to no avail are they giving it to me.i am gonna have to go to my bank to try get my money bk. So I would advise anyone NOT to buy anything from alivelyshop.

Please don't buy the material from a leisure suit was awful so raised a complaint they never refunded my money so went through pay pal and somehow they have managed to keep my money 😉

Fraud company. I ordered a dress and in place of that sent me a completely different cheap quality dress and not ready to refund my money as well.
Worst customer service as well.

Ordered a set of bras and they came and the quality is absolutely dreadful! Emailed them and got a reply apologising and said they would give full refund and that i didnt need to return the items. They needed me to reply and confirm i was happy with this. I obviously emailed back and said yes i want refunding but ever since all my emails have just bounced back to me and i havent rwcieved a penny back! AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Im assuming any reviews sent to them wont be seen as the email address seems invalid!

Wish I could give minus stars, seriously avoid this company at all costs had enough of them now ordered some bras looked nothing like what they should have and now trying to send back talk abiut a nightmare you have to email them for return address and jo matter how many times I have asked they still haven't given me the return address nearly 2 weeks of asking seriously fed up, they ignore your emails when you say no to them sending replacements I just want my money back which they advertise but getting it is a nightmare I am having a right battle it's beyond ridiculous I am now contacting my bank and to claim my money back that way as well as tending standards

I've been trying to get a return label as the product I bought is nothing like the photo, cheap material and badly made, I've sent 10 emails no reply, tried calling them nothing, never buy from this company

I don’t want to give any stars!! Item, wide leg trousers with wide waist band. All over Facebook and TikTok. DO NOT BUY. Terrible material, looks like dyed with something dark , patchy hard material. Beige (supposed to be) all one colour but has a large GREY waistband.
Emailed for return address- you will get email from Grace. Same ‘person’ everyone gets. 9 times I requested return address. Still nothing. This company is stealing peoples money and have no intention of refunding your money.
Lesson learnt. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Like others item received does not reflect the picture on website. Have contacted them four times for return address/refund process. No-one gets back to you. I'll be contacting credit card company to reclaim the money.

Same issue as other customers - no address given for returns. Product is so badly made with shocking material. Again like others the items do not reflect the pictures.

Hi I have been waiting several days now for an address to return an item which is too small ,why is nobody getting back to me ,please send the address or I will seek advice from a solicitor .

I am waiting for an address to return bras I bought they are answering my emails but no address or explanation how I return them now I'm getting annoyed my time is running out no fault of mine
