I ordered my mom an anniversary present and I was so happy with the outcome it was perfect. I ordered it on a Friday and it was in my mailbox by Tuesday and I didn’t pay for early shipping which was great.

Product is not as described and they refuse to issue a refund. Cheap jewelry. Should be investigated by the Attorney General. DO NOT BUY FROM ALIVIA AND DANNY!

I had wonderful customer service from Alivia &Danny and the customer service representatives. I returned an item that had engraving In December 1925. That my granddaughter felt was too large that I had picked out. They gave me a credit and it took until June 2026 - 6months before my granddaughter picked out the charms. They honored the credit have been supportive through it all. We exchanged many emails and were always warm helpful. My granddaughter love the oriole bird and apple charm. They are good quality and price are good and the detain on the charms are perfect. I highly recommend Alivia &Danny jewelry for the quality , good pricing , and great selections with engraving if you choose. The customer service is exceptional, warm , friendly and care about the customer. Rare these days.

Horrible service all around, they advertised fast shipping and it took over three weeks. I ordered something from Indonesia that got here quicker. When my order did finally come in, they sent me the wrong item. I had to spend an hour on the phone with their support sending photos back and fourth and finally they agreed to send me what I paid for. And yet another two weeks before I received the replacement that they promised would be prioritized. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this business.

This Saint Michael pendant is much more beautiful than I expected. It’s a precious piece of jewelry engraved on the back perfectly. It was delivered promptly and safely packaged in a very nice gift box. I couldn’t ask for anymore. I think it’s great and I will not hesitate to use this company again!

Was weary from seeing numerous 1 star reviews. However, upon arrival (which was 2 days after placing the order) it looks exactly as described. It helps if you understand measurements to get the correct size. I got it for a gift for my wife’s birthday. I know she will absolutely love it. Hopefully no tarnishing but, we will see. Great product so far!

I placed an order for a customized cross and necklace combo on 4/27/26. The cross was for my godson's first Holy Communion. I had the cross engraved with his name, date and first Holy Communion down the back of the cross. I received the chain and cross a few days later and it looked nothing like the pictures they display online. The cross looked like it was spray painted, it had burrs all over the edges, the surface was rough and textured. The pictures online show a smoothed clean polish and crisp black lettering from engraving. The online pictures and what I received were night and day. I reached out immediately for a replacement. They would not give me a refund because it was customized. I sent the defective cross and chain back and they acknowledged they received it on 5/18/26. They have been saying that they will email me with an update on my replacement ever since. Every time I reach out to them they tell me they are sorry and continue to do nothing about it. They say they will email me an update on my replacement and they never have. They just keep stringing me along. After reviewing more online reviews, a lot of ppl have the same complaints. This place is not a legitimate jewelry business. They are scammers. They scam ppl out of their hard earned money by displaying images on their website of beautiful jewelry and sending the opposite. They hide behind their no refunds for customized jewelry policy. This business is not legitimate and I beg others to stay away. They "stole" $131.96 from me but I've seen other nightmare stories of ppl buying jewelry pieces worth over $500. They cannot continue to scam ppl like this. Everyone needs to be aware of their shady tactics. I just want a full refund and never to hear from or about this company ever again.

This has been the worst experince I have ever had ordering on a website. I don’t know if they only use AI but I received the first locket. It looked as if it was spray painted, I called they sen another and it was nothing what I had originally ordered. I am still waiting and it’s been over a month to find out if they will resolve the issue or not. I spent almost 400$ and this was a gift for my daughter. I highly highly recommend not purchasing from this company

Really enjoyable process from start to finish, I made a mistake on my order so I had to cll and get it changed. The person was so helpful and friendly! The locket was awesome too!

Two completely different orders - both poorest quality, engraving not legible, they would not refund me - tarnished and thin silver. I even upgraded my items and they were horrible. I would not buy from them.

Do not buy anything from Alivia and Danny. Their products are of the lowest quality. I received my locket with faded lines.

Locket is not worth the $400. Company does not provide refunds/returns.

Their AI customer service is not responsive or reliable.

Be aware of this cheap A$$ company.

I have never been quite so heartbroken about a product I ordered online. It was broken and tarnished within a week. Watching the faces of my loved ones rot away in a locket I had to apply for a payment plan to buy truly crushed my spirit. Do not use; save yourselves!

Don't learn the hard way!

Incorrect Website Listing:
I ordered a locket where the detail page image didn't match the listing page image. I requested in the Notes field that the company confirm the product I was getting prior to shipment. No one ever did so.

Questionable Practices:
- I placed my order on a Saturday night and called customer service on Sunday. I spoke with an associate to state I waned to cancel my order. She confirmed that it would be cancelled and that I'd receive an email in 30 minutes to 2 hours. I spoke with customer service after 3 hours with no email, and they told me it could not be cancelled because it had shipped. At the time of the call, my order status said "In Process." AFTER that conversation, they changed my order status to "shipped."
-I kept emailing customer service and they would not directly address my concerns and I kept getting conflicting statements.
-The last message I received stated that I should wait until I receive the item because there was nothing they can do.
- There is another website called Pictures on Gold that is an exact copy of the Alivia and Danny website. Also, my Paypal transaction showed the company as Pictures on Gold.

POOR ITEM QUALITY:
When I did receive the item, it was surprising how horrible quality it was! There were scratches all over the front and back, the hinge was bent, and the laser-photos I'd paid extra for weren't legible at all. For $345 this looked like it came from the Dollar Store.

Even the Paypal associate that I submitted the product photo said "there is no way this is real or new' and was taken aback.

Since my item was custom, it also prohibited me from getting a refund and I did NOT want a store credit.

PAYMENT DISPUTE
Instead of going back to Alivia and Danny customer service, I filed a case through Paypal and they managed to get the company to issue me a refund pending receipt of my returned item. They've now received my item and I am waiting on the refund.

This jewelry felt overpriced to begin with but I thought it would be worth it for a quality piece. This isn't even worth $20! Save your money and find a better alternative - it is such a headache trying to get your money back.

I am filing this review/complaint to warn other consumers about my experience with AliviaDanny.com. Based on my experience, this company engages in unacceptable and deceptive business practices.

I paid $146.20 for a custom engraved religious necklace for my daughter’s Confirmation. This was supposed to be a meaningful keepsake. What I received was a flimsy, poor-quality piece of jewelry that looked nothing like the premium product advertised on their website.

The pendant was extremely thin and had rough, unfinished edges. The connector had a visible gap and appeared unsoldered. The engraving was so faint it was barely readable. The chain felt like something from a dollar store. Although the connector was stamped “925,” the connector and pendant appeared to be different metals, raising serious doubts about whether the pendant itself is sterling silver.

This item was nowhere near worth $146.20.

I contacted the company the same day the necklace was delivered, provided multiple photos, and requested a full refund. I refused their offer to remake the item because I had no confidence that a replacement would be any better.

The company refused to refund my money. Instead, they offered to make the pendant thicker only if I paid even more money, or they would issue store credit.

That response is outrageous. I should not have to pay additional money to correct a product that was misrepresented, nor should I be forced to accept store credit from a company I no longer trust.

After reading BBB complaints and online reviews, I found many customers describing the exact same experience: poor-quality products and refusal to issue refunds.

In my opinion, this company uses misleading advertising to sell overpriced jewelry and then hides behind a “customized item” policy to avoid accountability when customers receive substandard products.

I have disputed the charge with my bank.

I ordered a soccer charm engraved. It was $70. The 1st shipment was supposedly delivered to a junkyard. When I finally got the 2nd it was as thin as a piece of paper and tarnished and they have charged me $285 + tax! I called to correct and Alivia Danny also known as Heartsmith say that is the correct charge😡 TOTAL SCAM

They never honored the discount promised and the quality was worse than a vending machine bracelet ($164). Also there’s permanent finger prints on the heart charm. Customer Service is a joke!

I would not use this company. They were quick to chat. Said they would send a proof for $10. Then you never hear back from them.
