Had and continue to have a great experience with this company. To be fair, I buy from them off of TikTok Shop because they have actions, and I’ve only ordered their pre-made designs, not customs. No idea what’s going on in the other reviews. Seems very unusual since they’ve always responded to me (at least once daily on business days). They ship out fast (during business days. I noticed they aren’t active during weekends which is good since more ethical labor I assume) and arrive quickly as well. Any issues I’ve had with my orders or pillows are resolved by them, so I always find their customer service amazing. Hope the other bad reviews get their stuff sorted out because that seems very out of character for them. Maybe try messaging their TikTok shop account if they haven’t responded to you over email and it’s been over 24 hours on a weekday? Just throwing out ideas :) also I am real! I just don’t usually write reviews. This is my first ever review on this site. I just was so baffled by the reviews that I wanted to contribute a bit because I’ve had such a positive experience multiple times.
