I have been attending AllAlign for several years
I have been attending AllAlign for several years now, initially for treatment for specific problems. I then moved on to the wellbeing programme with monthly sports massages by Bo Sansom. These sessions are extremely beneficial in addressing problems before they develop. Each session is tailored to address any specific minor issues, as well as an overall massage. Bo is very knowledgeable and skilful, and we have a good rapport which is very relaxing. I highly recommend both aspects of AllAllign, and especially Bo's monthly sessions which are extremely beneficial.

In safe hands
I have had a few sessions with Bo who is helping me to manage lower back pain. I am pleasantly surprised how quickly I have seen results. Bo also recommended a colleague who supplies ergonomic office chairs and this has made a huge difference. So having lived with on and off back pain for two years I am relieved to be in a good place of recovery and maintenance. I obviously have to do my part which Bo is also addressing for example suggesting specific exercises (core work) to promote good back care. I definitely recommend Bo.

I have visited Diane with a number of different problems, some painful issues with my back and just today, when I had painful aching in my fingers and my hand. I can honestly say I have never left Diane’s clinic when she hasn’t made my conditions feel better. Amazing results for my 9 year old daughter!
My 9 year old daughter has always been rigid and stompy, as she was a c-section birth I heard about chiropractors doing wonders with children who were like my daughter, I booked her in with Diane who had been amazing with lots of advise and tips to help my daughter, I’ve noticed a huge difference in her movement! She also suffered with urine infections and tummy pain but since Diane had been working on her we’ve had no tummy issues or urine infections! Couldn’t recommend Diane enough

Treatment that actually works.
I'm late 60's with a long standing problem with hand numbness and neck pain. Saw Diane Chaplin at Allalign in Liss last August. After a couple of sessions numbness and pain greatly reduced. Brilliant! Purchased a memory foam pillow which has improved
my quality of sleep and stopped any pain reoccurring. Diane provides a comfortable, friendly and relaxed environment. Her methods have worked for me and are continuing to put right years of bad habits. Allalign in Liss was recommended to me and I am happy to recommend to others.

Appointment to see Diane at Alalign in Liss with pain behind my knee. She found the issue, relieved the discomfort and now armed with a few excellent exercise, my knee will be good to go. I have been seeing Diane now for a good few years as a chiropractor and I always feel great afterwards. I highly recommend her.

I have just had a sports massage by Bo Samson. It was amazing! I didn’t realise my neck and shoulders were so tight, but Bo released them and I feel like I left all of the tension and pressure at the clinic. I cannot recommend Bo enough.
