My brother told a few people he wanted to be cremated when he died and his ashes scattered at sea. At 64 yrs old he died unexpectedly after being in the hospital for just three days from a recently diagnosed heart condition.

Not having any experience on what to do after my brother died, I quickly learned searching for answers on the internet. I found Allay Cremation to be the most reliable, reputable and respected over the others, and their numerous, extremely positive customer reviews. Allay offers a simple "3-Step-Plan" to do everything that's needed after a loved one dies with what’s called a, "Direct Cremation” and for a single, set price. Ally fulfilled everything they offered in their advertisement and didn’t charge us a penny more. Our family is extremely satisfied with Allay’s word and integrity. They were sincere and sensitive towards our loss, so kind and polite every step of the way through this real life, seemingly insensitive business process that must be done. I handled the whole transaction by myself will Allay’s counselor’s almost daily updates, from beginning to end. The whole process was conducted through emails, with Allay utilizing the most professional and reputable software programs. Our family and I are very appreciative and grateful to have chosen Allay Cremation and I am recommending them to you.

I recommend anyone looking for direct cremation to give allay a call. I worked with Lawrence (one of the counselors) and I felt at ease knowing my grandfather was in goodhands. Lawrence was thorough and surprisingly enough the paperwork process was not as bad as I thought. Once we signed everything we just had to wait for the doctor to sign the certificate and allay finalize the rest. The part that took the longest was the doctor, but Lawrence got everything done quick and was in constant communication. THank you Lawrence and staff!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ace and everyone at allay deserve it. From when I spoke to Joe I knew right away that we would be taken care of. My aunt passed away late in the evening and my family did not know what to do since everything was unexpected. We used another company just last year, but had a terrible experience so I had to take my time searching. While we waited for more family to pay their respects I made some calls (about 4 calls). My parents kenw they wanted cremation so I searched and although there were plenty, I felt comfortable with allay. I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was questioning my decision since I could not find any reviews, but after speaking to Joe, they had no online presence until recently. If it wasn’t for Joe being helpful and patient, I probably would have went elsewhere. I was assigned to Ace and he was very knowledgable. He even encouraged me to make sure to call around and even if we didn’t use allay they would still help us. My aunt was cremated last week and it only took 5 days for her to be back with us (sorry for the rest of my family being difficult calling to get everything done quick).  thank you thank you!

I’m glad to finally be able to share my experience with Allay since I don’t have a yelp account. My grandma passed a coupIe of months ago. I contacted Allay and spoke to Ace. I was looking for cremation without a memorial service or any fancy casket. Ace was helpful from the beginning and did not pressure me to make a decision right away (other calls I made were pushy). He even suggested to call around even if I wasn’t going to use their services. I decided to go with Allay and since I was skeptical, I selected their full cremation plan to meet with a counselor and have my grandmas ashes delivered to me when everything was done. It was well worth it since the 3 other calls I made were double the price without delivery. It took 5 days for everything to be completed and I was able to plan a memorial the week after I received the urn.
