Please don’t ever purchase from this site. It’s fraud!!! purchased something over a month ago. I have never received a package! At first they were responsive via email told me I will get my package. Everything will be fine then they stopped responding and I never got my package.. FRAUD DO NOT ORDER

I have not received the product even after emailing and asking for an update in a month. So at the moment it’s a zero star. I’m about to ask for a refund.

I ordered a toy for my son from Allbright Kids, expecting a fun gift, but the item arrived damaged. The packaging was fragile, and the toy was broken. I was disappointed, but the customer service team was quick to respond and offered a replacement. They even sent a small gift as an apology. It wasn’t perfect, but their effort made me feel valued. Not every company would go that extra mile.

Placed an order after seeing both positive and negative reviews. Order did come but it took about a month to receive. I received an email that it shipped but it never updated the tracking number so I was worried. I emailed the company and never heard back so there was no communication. Like I said, order can't after a month and it's so cute and just like the pictures

The crib bumper was definitely worth the wait! We went from him hitting his head over the night to now it’s peaceful! I would recommend for anyone who would want a bumper for their baby!

Be given tracking info. I need this product to be a gift. When I realized it wouldn’t arrive on time I tried to change the shipping address. They don’t have a regular 1-800 number- my phone company said I needed to purchase a special international extension to call.
So I tried the chat bot to change the shipping address. I received confirmation emails from what I believed to be a person confirming the address change. Another 2 weeks later with no updates the item arrives at MY house not the address of the intended recipient who inconveniently lives over an hour away.

Customer service was bad! Wanted to switch a size and they said they didn’t know how! Never even got my order which I then wanted to cancel cuz it’s the wrong size!

I never received my product and no one will return my emails for a refund. If I could give negative stars, I would. This company stole my $119.

Very pleased with product. Quality is top notch in the stitching. Did not know it was being shipped from over seas till after I placed the order. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because, it took 2 weeks to get a tracking number for my package. Had negative reviews saying website was a scam, which I didn’t do my research till after it took so long to get a tracking number, but it finally arrived and I’m happy with the product. Looks just like the picture displayed. I even got an extra item at no cost to go with my product. Would order from this company again, just expect a late delivery due to over seas shipping. I ordered the double braided crib liner in white. The braid was very tight and made well. Has a little bit of stretch to it, kind of is nice since cribs are diffrent sizes. Came with little tie downs for the crib to hold in place. So pleased with my order.

crib bumpers were made exactly as I needed them. They came in clean, well made and they look adorable. I wasn't sure how long it would take to make the color I needed but they got it done and sent to me in record time. Thank you

This is the cutest thing ever!!! So soft and pretty! And I love that they sent ties to keep it in place… that are of the same material and color, they blend so beautifully!! This sooooo exceeded my expectations! Don’t wait! Get it! I’m in love!!!!! Thank you for making such a quality product! 🩷

It’s been in transit for 29 days now. Have yet to receive my item. This delivery time is unacceptable. No update on tracker since 2/27 either.

SCAM COMPANY! Do not order from them! They are based somewhere in Russia and have zero sense of customer service when they make a mistake! They sent me the wrong color and REFUSED to come to a solution. Even when I asked if I could ship back wrong one they NEVER sent return label or sent me the one ordered. TERRIBLE WASTE OF HARD EARNED CASH.

I am 99% sure this company is a scam. This package was never sent or received. I got a “your package was shipped!” Email, and under “tracking number” it literally says NONE. I ordered this at least 6 months ago and have received nothing. I sent multiple emails, and never received a response or the product.

Delivered 27+ days late. No one keeps you informed of delays. Horrible customer service. I will never use this company again and can never recommend this company
