Ich habe 4x ans Kundenservice geschrieben weil in einem Abo steht unbegrenzter Internetzugang nun habe ich hier keinen Zugang und kann mit den Bots keine Recherche durchführen obwohl ich deswegen das Abo gekauft habe. Noch schlimmer als ein Kundenversprechen das nicht eingelöst wird ist es mit seinen Kunden nicht zu kommunizieren. Ich erwarte dass sich jemand meldet und mein Abo gutgeschrieben wird. Gekündigt habe ich schon!

Nach meinem Kauf, im Glauben, es handele sich um Claude, wurde mir auf meine Widerrufsnachricht nicht geantwortet, die ich wenige Minuten nach Abo-Abschluss an den Support sendete. Bis heute, ca 8 Tage her, keine Antwort.

Ich musste anfangs erst mal lernen, mit der Anwendung umzugehen, jetzt klappt es ganz gut, und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Aufgabe, eine homepage zu erstellen.

It’s a scam. You think it’s Claude but it isnt I have no idea if the chatbots actually work but the contract also States that you cant get refunded. Website obviously made to scam.

Terrible website. In my experience, the branding and logo look very similar to Claude AI, which made it easy to believe I was signing up for the official Claude service. Only after paying did I realize it was a different website.

The service has very restrictive usage limits. I used my monthly credits in less than one day. When I contacted the chatbot for help, it repeatedly told me that I had an annual subscription or directed me to the website’s no-refund policy instead of addressing my request.

I have contacted customer support and requested a refund. I am waiting for their response, but I have found reports from other users describing similar confusion and refund issues.

Be very careful before subscribing. Make sure you understand that this is not the official Claude AI website and review all usage limits and refund terms before paying.

Scam. Deceptive. They won't refund.

I signed up here believing I was purchasing Anthropic's official Claude subscription. The logo and interface are styled to closely resemble Claude, and I only realised afterwards that this is an unaffiliated third-party reseller — the disclaimer to that effect appears only in small print at the bottom of the page, well after you have already seen the branded interface and paid.

Their refund policy states that all payments are final and non-refundable, explicitly including accidental or mistaken purchases. A blanket clause like that does not override the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU consumer law, which is the basis on which I have now requested a refund.

If you are considering this service, check the URL carefully and look past the branding before you pay: it is not Claude, and it is not affiliated with Anthropic.

Very misleading. I signed up because I genuinely thought I was purchasing a Claude subscription, but after paying I realized that this was not Claude at all. The way the service is presented made it very easy to believe that I was subscribing to the actual Claude AI service.
To make matters worse, I have also been unable to cancel my subscription. It should be simple and straightforward to cancel a paid subscription, but I cannot find a working way to do so.
Overall, this experience feels extremely misleading and frustrating. I would not recommend subscribing unless you are completely sure what you are actually paying for.

I purchased an annual subscription because I genuinely believed I was purchasing the official Claude service from Anthropic. The sponsored Google ad prominently referred to "Claude", and the website/interface looked very similar to the official Claude platform.

I specifically wanted Claude because of its Cowork functionality, which All Chatbots AI does not offer.

I discovered my mistake within a few hours and immediately requested cancellation and a full refund. I stopped using the service immediately.

Instead of addressing my concerns, customer support simply referred me to their "no refunds" policy.

Very misleading experience. Be careful to verify that you are purchasing directly from the official Claude/Anthropic website.

I would give no stars if I could. I bought what I thought was 7-day access, paying £1.99. A week later I was charged £29.99, recurring payment. What was not evident when I signed up and paid, is that the 7-day access then became a monthly subscription, and there seems to be no way to cancel. I contacted them using the 'report an issue' function, the night before the trial ended asking them to cancel the payment and subscription, which they did not do, and contacted them again when they had taken the money, asking for a refund but have heard nothing.

Very misleading to look like claude.ai. Once a payment is done for a year it is impossible to refund. Makes you think you bought a subscription at Claude.

No response on my e-mail to request a refund.

I do not recall knowingly signing up for this service and I never used it. I was charged about $30 and have been unable to get a response from customer support regarding a refund or explanation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Do not waste your time or money on this app. It advertises itself as an all-in-one hub for all the major AI models, but it does NOT actually use the real bots. It’s just a fake clone wrapped in a fancy interface. Extremely deceptive and disappointing.

When I requested a refund under my country's statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts (citing their own refund policy, which explicitly says mandatory local consumer law overrides their no-refund terms), support replied with a boilerplate "all sales are final" response and ignored the legal argument entirely. Be careful before subscribing — check the URL and look past the branding.
Update: After my post here, I have been contacted by chatbots support and after few days they issued refund.
