I have ordered several times and the company have been amazing.

On one occasion the envelope I ordered unfortunately was not in stock, the next day I received a telephone call to explain it was out of stock however they would send out a replacement in a different colour and it arrived within 4 days.

When sending a birthday card by post I like to enclose the card in another envelope for reasons of confidentiality and security. Obvious birthday cards can be a target for the unscrupulous.
However the standard C5 envelope is too small for many greetings cards. These envelopes are just that little bit bigger and encloses the card with ease. The quality of the envelopes is excellent, the flap adheres well and the parcel was very speedily dispatched. Very well done!

As a church administrator I need to order a lot of stationery, particularly envelopes! I found All Colour Envelopes (ACE) a while back when looking for very small white envelopes for be used as our church service collection envelopes. Recently I placed my usual order. ACE called and emailed to say that they were out of stock and wouldn't receive new stock until May. When I asked if they had anything equivalent I was sent a photo of an envelope as it wasn't on their website. It was perfect and the order was despatched and received the very next day. Perfect service.
