Very poor company, scam from the start. Untrustworthy.
Signed up to try the first 7 days trial which was refused.

Don’t waste your time with this company

Le site est souvent buguer, le nombre de fois que j'ai pris un abonnement et qu'il ne m'a servie à rien, car souvent ils montres qu'un hébergeur fonctionne, alors que pas du tout. Très moyen.

Reasonable service but support issues take some time to resolve and it can be hard to get someone's attention (they think most issues are non-issues and it's just user error). Outages also occur with little compensation made to the user. Speeds are good and pricing is reasonable. Not many services like this around and they operate on the fringes of the internet, so you take what you can get.

Used all debrid for 4 months so far with no issues at all, I ignored the bad reviews to try the 7 day trial for myself first before becoming a paid customer and I have had nothing but good experiences with this service.

I see that a lot of people have had issues with this site. For what it advertises it works just great for me. Their customer support sucks though, and they don't like spending time expanding to new hosts if "it's too hard". A shame but still cheaper than purchasing individual subscriptions to DDL sites. Also, RapidGator for them sometimes goes off and they won't compensate you. Like, they're cheap for a reason so don't expect an ultra premium experience. It just works.

They took all my info and refused to give promised 7 day trial.Why would anyone even want to pay a dime to a site who scams you from the start ? Stay away !!!!!!

They claim to offer a free 7 day trial but once you've registered an account and given them your details, they tell you (without further explanation) that you're not eligible for the trial.
I don't know why anybody would pay to join a service that is deceitful right from the outset. There are plenty of other debrid services so I'll be trying one of them instead.

To start with, I never had any link download speed above 900 kB/s - they claim it is me or host site or whatever. Lies of course! If it was hosts, some of them would have higher speed, which is not the case. Additionally they are cheaters - they have hosts in their list which are unavailable... more than 4 days. When I opened a topic on forum and asked when it will be available - they banned me! Better give your money to some beggar (at least it would be good deed), than pay those cheaters.

Worst customer service I pay for annual and they only copy and paste what is on there webside . Waste 30 dollars

Many hosts have hidden limits as reported by previous users, can't be used on my VPS too ...

after all, they messaged me and now it is working, I'll edit my review again according reliability of the service

Not to be trusted. I first started using it in 2011 and then switched to Real-Debrid a couple years ago. Because there was a Christmas sale sale I decided to buy Alldebrid this time. Bad decision!

Ok, so since 2011 it had a lot of issues but they never really were honest about the uptime, status and limitations of hosters (like Rapidgator, etc). It's just not accurate. There are several hosters that have limitations but you can only see what they are if you are logged in with a PREMIUM account. In other words, pay first, discover the truth later.

I wanted to get a trial but it did not work so that's the reason I bought premium. They communicated in the past that they would update their torrent cloud downloader service so that you can select which files in the torrent you want to download. Real-Debrid offers this but not Alldebrid (still) does not. These claims by Alldebrid were apparently lies.

Their video streaming service is also useless because:
1. You cannot not stream the source file in a webbrowser without having it transcoded which will always result in quality loss. You can do this in VLC but if you want to skip back 3 seconds it needs almost a minute to buffer which makes it impractical to use;
2. You cannot upload your own subtitles. So if it's not muxed into the file, you're out of luck.
Real-Debrid DOES offer you all of this.

I contacted Alldebrid for a refund the next day after purchase and after having downloaded less than 5 files (<5GB total) but they refused to refund me. They decided to ignore any replies to that email.

Would I choose Alldebrid again? Never in my life. Stick with Real-Debrid guys. Same price, worth your money.

Horrible service, years using them and all of a sudden my account gets banned for "abuse", out of the blue they had banned my account when I still had over 100 days left on my subscription.
I will never use them again. Absolutely appalled by their actions.

Le service fonctionne très bien et leurs engagements sont tenus. Je regrette simplement qu'il manque des hébergeurs comme fileboom ou nitroflare.

I tried this service for free through their free trial. It was pretty good. Bought an account, and it still pretty good. Work as intented.

Awesome service, tons of hosts that prevent me to buy multiple premium accounts.

Banned for "abuse" without any explanation.

Buy better your account by realdebrid.

Had a great experience for years with this company.
After 6 years of being a loyal customer I downloaded a few GB and the downloads suddenly stopped.
I found my account was banned for "abuse", I asked them why and they just said "abuse". When I posted it about it on the forum they banned me from that.
Be wary of this company may ban you without any explanation and ignore further emails !
