This is hands down the worst airport parking experience I’ve ever had. We were left stranded at the airport for over 3 hours after being repeatedly told, “the driver will be there in 20 minutes.” Every single time 20 minutes passed, I called again — only to be told the same lie. This went on for hours.

I was with two very young children and my pregnant wife, standing around late at night, exhausted, just waiting for a pickup that never came. Not once did they apologise or take responsibility — just endless excuses and empty promises.

In the end, I had to pay for an Uber to their office just to collect my own car. The level of incompetence, dishonesty, and total disregard for customers is unbelievable.

If you value your sanity, your time, or even a basic level of decency — stay far away from this company. They should not be allowed to operate.

Do not trust the positive reviews, they have clearly been left by bots/'family'

Great communications throughout which is always appreciated. But who really stole the show and experience was "ARUN". Such a personable, professional, friendly young man who could not have been more naturally helpful or capable. A great example of excellent customer service- wish it was always like this. I got a Brand new car and it was superb.. the lady assist me for the check in process was very helpful. While return the car Mr. Faraz halp me to quickly handover the car and he personally dropped me to the underground station. All together it was totally a good service.

Amazing service and such a wonderful

The process and every information is good and informative as long as if you have all the documents and the car is very new and good condition. The staffs are very helpful and good . Jess is the staff who looks after me so well . The only thing I don’t like is that i have to wait little bit more than as expected from the train station .

The site is not well sign posted once you enter the site.

We had driver Naveed drop off directly at No4. All good but not sure about pick up as it is at tube station - 2 stops from terminal 5.

Faraz picked us up from the airport, he was very professional and polite, very nice guy, thumps up mate. We enjoyed our ride.

All the staff were excellent. I would suggest asking what customers prefer to be called rather than just madam or sir for example but that is just an observation.
I booked through a third party and got clear instructions on how to contact them if coming from Heathrow to be picked up from Hatton Cross tube.
I wasn't coming from Heathrow and despite Googling extensively, the only Carwiz I found was in south London.
I called the day I was due to collect the car but got no answer.
Once close to Hatton Cross, I called and finally got the address (Salisbury Road, Cranford).
The area is a bit rundown, looking neglected and made me wary of the legitimacy. There were no signs for Carwiz or any other obvious car hire place. Asking the man on the gate, it's round the back of the main building. Still no obvious Carwiz signs but the valet showed me where to go.
Signal is poor in that area and their own WiFi isn't brilliant so the process took way longer than it should but the staff were patient and polite.
The car was dirty. Stained seats, cobwebs and grime all the way around the inner boot hatch. One of the rear light clusters was broken.
No information was offered or signposted about breakdowns or car problems.
The screen wash was empty, a tyre pressure warning light appeard on the first day and there was a problem with a hard lock when reversing.
There was no problem with the staff at all.
