Really smooth and easy to work with. Great company providing a good service.

The check in was smooth. Staffs were knowledgeable and efficient. More importantly the car was in excellent condition and well maintained. Thank you Jash, Usman and Arun B for the hospitality!

Great service- all staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional:

-Naseem with the shuttle made sure to help me get where I was going and gave me advice for navigating my to the correct gate at Heathrow
-Arun was sunny and knowledgeable at the front desk, he made sure I understood my rental terms at the time of pickup, and emailed me a copy of them and the car inspection report before I left
-Usman helped me return the car before the scheduled return time, and made sure the intake was speedy and professional

Though UK driving was a bit daunting for this Canadian, the team at Car Wiz made my rental experience painless. The car was clean, straightforward to operate and good on fuel to boot! 10/10, would use this service again.

Allegiance Park and Ride, Vista Centre, Salisbury Rd
Cranford, Hounslow TW4 6JQ. Dreadful place to leave your car, do not do it. We booked via FHR and it looked professional saying it has 24/7 CCTV, but in reality we turned up, there were no spaces available so they moved several cars around on gravel wasteland and told us to park there. Had we not had a flight to catch we would not have left it, the alarm bells were immediately ringing. We took keys with us and were shuttled to Hatton Cross. So not the quickest drop off with all the car manouvering that had to be done. When we returned, it advertises shuttles every 15 mins, we waited 30 mins. But our main issue, is our car bumper was damaged and despite advertising having CCTV the company accept no liability. There are cars rammed in all over the place as it's also used as a car rental place so they are constantly moving cars around to squeeze more in, totally overselling the number of spaces they have available. When you are paying over £100 for parking, (it wasn't really much cheaper than anywhere else) you expect your car to be safe and undamaged when you return. When I pointed out the damage to them they just fobbed me off and told me to take photos and send to FHR who I booked via, which I did, then they just sent email response saying they accept no liability. So if you want your car as you left it, do not use this car park.

Parked my car for a long trip away, the service was great. Kept my car keys and the car park is secure with a guard 24/7, then Nabeed the driver drops you off at the station and picks you up after the trip. Very efficient service and I would highly recommend.

Everything went smoothly. But make sure you read the instructions carefully. It's a bit of a nuisance having to get the tube to the shuttle, especially when you have people with mobility issues

Scammers do not use
