I give 4 stars because they do not accept American Express. However overall experience was great, the shuttle is very practical. Mozes the shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful. Great service.

i booked through them via sky scanner
i was shown multiple companies with very cheap rates.
on skyscanner it was showing shuttle from airport
took a while to figure out there is no shuttle. only i have to take a treasure hunt to find them by takng the underground to hatten crossing and then find the location and call them so they can send a shutttle.
at the location i realized all these small companies are one company with the intention of creating competiton and they all belong to the same person.
by the booking process they asked for online banking info and wouldnt accept amex
probably scared of people disputing unfair charges
when i returned the car they literally took 20 minutes to look over the car and find every imaginable scratch that doesnt exist and say i did it
from the pics they made beforehand you couldnt see if the scratches was there or not but they had frozen 1500 pounds form my card so all they said was they can take the whole money
they basically forced me to pay 840 ponds for 2 minor scartches
i have rented many times and never had such an experience
the car is always looked over quicly and if it looks good they move on not looking where they can catch the client to rob him of money
never will use them again

I used Allegiance for car parking for two weeks when flying from Heathrow.

I did not use the drop off to Hatton Cross and transport to Heathrow as I was staying in a hotel before and after travelling, so took an Uber between hotel and car parking.

Handover was fast and professional, as was collection. Car was returned as I left it. Staff were polite and helpful.

Will definitely use again.

Great value, easy to get to Hatton Cross station then just a phone call and small wait. Wanted to extend by a day and it was no problem and again good value. Naveed and Nelson were very helpful at drop off. Would definitely use again!

I used Allegiance for parking at Heathrow Airport recently. Everything went well when we dropped the car off. They took me and my family to Hatton Cross tube station and it's free and one stop to Heathrow.
The problem arose when we returned to the Heathrow and called Allegiance from Hatton Cross to get picked up. It took 30 minutes for them to arrive while we waited in the cold outside the tube station. Not good following an 11-hour flight.

Jash and Osman were very accommodating and accurate.
After returning the car we noticed that there was a dent and small mark under the handle of the car. Using my video evidence we got it sorted as well because we missed it when I picked the car.

I will definitely choose them again!
