The return process is so difficult
The return process is so difficult. The item did not work out for me and I can’t get customer service to issue a full refund for the items even though I am willing to return and ship both items and they are in original condition. Customer service just wants to refund $20 for 1 item and is processing return for 1 item. I would not buy from this place given that most people buy multiple sizes and colors to see what works best. This is not the place to try out and keep what works.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I canceled part of my order and sent a dress back which was received on 2/15 and I am still waiting for my refund of all three items. If you contact customer service on their online chat, they never respond. It’s obvious the company does not want to give you a refund. Avoid them at all costs.
