Dresses I ordered had no shape to them, the fit was baggy. I am trying to return them.

Horrible I need to return this it is too small. You have not made that a good experience.

I strongly recommend NOT ordering from Allegra K. They sent me a damaged coat.
I sent them photos of the damaged coat.
I ask for a return lable. They have not sent me a return label. I have sent them several emails. Very disappointed in Allegra K !!!!

I strongly warn others about ordering from Allegra K. I ordered four small tops, and the sizing was completely inconsistent—one was too small, and another was far too big. Their return process is unreliable. They provided a return label but then falsely claimed they never received my package, even though tracking proves it was delivered. Customer service is unhelpful and inconsistent. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back through a PayPal dispute. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company and advise EXTREME caution if you are considering ordering. I wish I was warned.

Return process could be improved to remain competitive. Unlike Shein or Amazon which shopping app that allows you to easy return your order, but Allegra is set up with customer service that reaches out to you and try to negotiate that you keep your order instead of returning for 30% refund. Although this is an option, but why would I want 30 % refund and keep something that I cannot wear.

The return policy is a joke. I tried to make a return well within their rules and got nothing but pushback. Never received the return label I paid for.

We placed several orders over the last few weeks and I did not have the most plesant expirence. One order had several indigo pea coats in it, the shipping said it was split into two packages- at the same time I had an order for 1 of the pea coats but in pink. We recieved all the blue coats, but we never got the pink coat. When I sent an email to customer service they would not help me. I explained to them what had happened and they insisted that there was no way the packages could get mixed up. They asked me to take a picture of the package and the blue jacket- but we had already thrown out the package. So, I ended up having to order another pink one and basically lost out on the $66 of the original pink one ordered. They were rude over email, and would not help me what so ever. I would have tried to return everything but we had ordered the jackets for a musical we have opening tonight.... so we had to use them and do anything possible to get the matching pink one in on time. But, I will not be ordering from them if I do not have to.

Bought 2 dresses -red and pink. Both are XL and fit perfectly. Nicely around my neck, and through my hips. Both are winners🏆

They state on their website that returns for full refunds are possible, especially for first time customers. THIS IS NOT TRUE
I spent about $50 on a dress which didn’t fit, and I didn’t like the style so I requested a return. They gave me some other options like an exchange or coupon, and I asked for a full return. They then told me I could keep the item and they’d offer me a measly $13 refund. THIS IS AGAINST THEIR OWN POLICY

Both of my tops are beautiful and can be dressed up and just casual. Love them both.

Good material quality but sizing was wayyy off. It was definitely too large. I ordered an XS.

Incredible customer service. I had a slight problem with my delivery and they answered right away (within 12 hours) and took care of the issue. Also the product was really perfect. Leopard skin high boots--who can resist? Adorable with almost every outfit.

Loved the bright colored shirts I purchased. They fit well and were very comfortable The fabric was slinky, stretchy soft, the other was more like a thicker t-shirt material. Both wear very well,

I ordered a 2pc suit and a dress. Both fit very nice . They fit to size. I will definitely be ordering from Allegro again.

Nice product and came sooner than expected

I love the blazer . It is the exact size for a petit person like me . I’m 1’52 tall 127 pounds and ordered a small size . The material is light not heavy at all. I’ll wear it to de office with skirts , dresses , dress pants even with jeans and leggings.

The coat. I thought it would be thicker. It does feel nice. Was looking for an in between coat and its more of a early fall late spring coat. Its a beautiful color and it feels nice. The fit is good.

I bought a work dress and a 2 piece skirt & jacket suit, the dress was fine but the suit was way too big although both were marked "Small" . I contacted the company to return the suit twice and twice I received an automated message " Now is our non-working hours, we will reply to your email or process your request " etc, etc. Non-working hours on Monday? The whole day? Disappointed in lack of customer service; Amazon it is, at least they respond, free returns and refunds. These online overseas companies are a wild goose chase. I gave it one chance, not again. Marina

Ordered a wool jacket - wonderful product, just too large. They don’t have any Large so we’re requesting a refund. - still waiting for instructions how to return it. I’ll give it another day.
