In 3 Tagen habe ich das Buch: Endlich Nichtraucher gelesen. Siether hat sich meine komplette einstellung zum Rauchen geändert und ich bin seit 1 Woche Abstinent und werde es auch bleiden da ich keinerlei lust und wille habe jemals wieder eine zigarette abzufassen (damals mit 13 angefangen & kannte das Leben ohne Rauchen nicht einma mehr). Sie werden das auch shaffen ohne viel Willenskraft!! Wie Allen sagen würde: "hören sie auf sich selber zu ersticken!"

I had the pleasure of a seminar with Rob Fielding. What an amazing therapist. He's approachable, easy too understand, has empathy, relatable and respectful. I couldn't have been in better company. I have quit smoking and I'm happy and not found it difficult because I was open minded. Wow wow wow! The staff in the office were also great and offered words of encouragement. But Rob, you delievred what you set out to achieve, me getting rid of the nicotine addiction. This is by far the best method. I was a 20 per day smoker and that was for years and years but not anymore. So happy!
The after service is great to, if you need to speak with them, I have been told I only need call and they will support me. So far I haven't needed that.

i smoked for 40 years, over the years i have tried many times to quit and always failed. In January 2021 i found the Allen Carr book the easyway to stop smoking on e-bay and i brought it. When i started reading it i thought to myself this isn't going to work and gave up reading it and put it in a cupboard, About a month later i found the book and thought what have i got to lose by reading the book and giving it a fair shot, i did struggle a bit with the reading of the book as i thought i was reading the same thing over and over again but i did stick with it. I carried on smoking while reading the book but found i was smoking less and not craving for a cigarette every 10 minutes. And i'm so glad i did as i had my last cigarette on the 4th April 2021 and have been smoke free since. I feel so much more better in myself and much healthier and much better off. I know in my heart of hearts i couldn't have done it without the book. I'm now dealing with my weight and guess what i received today from e-bay you got it The easy way for women to lose weight will let you all know how i get on.

I had tried lots of different ways to stop smoking over many years. I’d smoked since I was a teenager and was a committed smoker. But I wanted to stop, look after my health and be a better role model for my family. So I read the Allen Carr book but I got scared.
I found out they ran a face to face seminar and without telling anyone, I attended. I’m so grateful that I did. I smoked my last cigarette there and have NEVER smoked since. I’ve never wanted to smoke since and have been a non smoker for over 4 years.
I’ve saved over £10,000 and feel better now than I ever did. I never did finish that book! Allen Carr’s Easyway changed my life and if I can do it anyone can.

Just in shock..after up to 60 a day.I have not had a ciggy since doing day course on line. 31st aug 2023 My family in shock..shock..money I have saved is amazing . Cough has gone ..the only way I can repay them is by telling everyone this can and does work ...get your head in the right place first ..believe in it ..want it..miricles do happen

Read the book and watched the online video twice but unfortunately it did not work for me.

4.4 hours into the "talk at you" session and I feel so stressed that I want to smoke more after being spoken at for hours!

I attended a seminar in person and was put at ease from the very moment I arrived there.

Within an hour or two of the 5 hours session I already wanted to throw my vape away. Rather than will power, the session basically outlines the fact that smoking/vaping has never been enjoyable and makes you a slave to nicotine. It's obviously a lot more nuanced than that, and I'm definitely not doing it justice by summarising it in that way - all I can say is I'm cured. I don't feel like I'm missing out by not smoking; it's the exact opposite, in fact.

If you're open minded and truly listen and take stock of everything in the seminar, including writing down the reasons you're quitting on the day of the session to remind yourself, I'm positive you will succeed. You'll be happier and healthier, and you wont be spending a large chunk of money on something you don't really enjoy doing.

A massive, massive recommend.

Smoked for 17 years. Tried patches, gum, mints, champix, vaping and willpower. Reading this book trumps them all. As it said, I continued to smoke while reading the book and as I did, smoking became more pointless and disgusting. By the end of the book it was like a switch had been flipped in me and I was a non smoker. The book gives you all the knowledge you need to succeed in not smoking, whilst at the same time making it so easy and enjoyable.

I’m still a young smoker. I’m only 21 but thanks god i red this book early and quited before it’s too late.
The method is about to convince u that there is 0 advantage in smoking and every reason u may think about is only an illusion so it helps u to think more rationaly when u think of smoking a cigarette so u win that battle in ur mind .

I‘ve been a regular smoker for about 7 years of my life. Sometimes smoking more (up to 2 packs a day) sometimes less (up to half a pack a day). After freeing myself from various addictions (Drugs such as Cocaine, Speed, Mdma, Marihuana, etc. / Medicine such as opioids and alcohol of all sorts) Smoking was my final and worst addiction i never thought i could get rid of. This book helped me and opened my eyes. It truly is the EASY WAY to stop smoking and definitely the best (for me) out there. If you wish to quit, do yourself the favor: Buy the book, follow all the given instructions and be free forever!!

This is one of the best books I have ever read, actually I listened to it on Audible and included at the end is a brief hypnotherapy session. I quit drinking because of Allen’s Quit Drinking without Willpower. He discusses why people become addicted and how alcohol really does nothing but make you feel worse because of the addiction. He refers to alcohol as a poison and that really hit home with me. Every time I see alcohol, I remember the not so great things that happened to me while drinking, like embarrassing moments or the terrible hangovers, the weight gain, etc. I think poison. I could have saved my mind and body from so many years of alcohol poisoning if only I had found this book sooner. The social media likes to encourage drinking with the commercials of movie stars and beautiful people drinking but it’s a funny thing how we never question when we see the drunken actress getting arrested for intoxication or the famous singer falling down on stage or canceling his show because he was too drunk to perform. Allen helps you to see the poison in alcohol. Thank you Mr. Carr for your legacy of helping people long past your time and for the people that are continuing your work!

I would positively recommend Allen Carr Easyway - online sessions, texts to support, great ideas to maintain / refrain from being tied to smoking habits. Helps you get away from the smoking trap. Continuing ideas given freely.
I was very lucky to have been put forward by NHS to stop smoking, so was free for me. It may seem an expensive course, but weighing up cost of smoking against living a smoke free lifestyle the cost is definitely worth every penny!

I read Allen Carr's book some years ago, but it didn't work, and I didn't stop smoking. However, upon a friend's recommendation, I booked a stop smoking seminar in person at their London clinic. I am amazed at how well it worked, after having been a smoker for so many years. I am not sure what they do, or how they do it, but when you walk out of there, your cravings have stopped. Your brain needs to get used to the change, but the physical cravings just seem to disappear. I'd highly recommend anyone who's having difficulty stopping smoking to book a session. My only regret is not having booked a session years ago, as I already knew about their seminars, but didn't attend until a friend recommended it. I will also say that I recommended it to a friend's boyfriend, and he never smoked again after the seminar either.

I attended an online session, which, unfortunately, was completely ineffective for me. I have attended the centre in person before, and it worked fantastically well. I was told that the session I wanted to attend was no longer face-to-face but that the online sessions were equally as effective. This just is not true. I have wasted considerable money and feel ripped off, truth be told. In my opinion, these sessions only work face-to-face.

Non- smoker for 14 years and teetotaller for 3 months thanks to the wonderful Allen Carr method!
This is an excellent method that works because it removes phycological dependency and works with your triggers (may well be the only one that works if you ask me!)
I gave up smoking by reading AC's book 14 years ago. All it took was strong determination to read the book with my utmost attention, rereading paragraphs as necessary, until the content was super clear and the book was finished. It worked! I haven't had any urge to smoke since and haven't felt like I have missed out on anything at all. I have since gave up drinking by taking 2 seminars at AC's clinic in London. I found that quitting smoking was easier but quitting drinking is by all means possible as well! Several friends of mine gave up smoking by reading the book too.
I am forever grateful to Allen Carr and wonderful people who work there.

Today will be 3 years since I smoked my last cigarette the day after finishing reading the easy way to not smoking. I never ever realized that it was the same as a drug. Because I had quit smoking twice before for two weeks each time.then I would tell myself that it was ok to just smoke one cigarette. No-No-No that one led to a pack a day or more 😞that little monster in my stomach that kept wanting to to smoke just 1 has been laid to rest. I’ll Always remember after reading The Easy Way To Stop Smoking That I Can’t Just Smoke One Cigarette Never Ever Again and after 3 years I don’t even think about smoking period. I WANT TO THANK YOU MR. ALLEN CARR FOR SAVING MY LIFE 🤗😉😊😊

I read the easy way to stop smoking back in 2002 after trying numerous quit smoking 'remedies' such as patches, etc. It was the only thing I can say got me off the cigs. 20 years on and I haven't
gone near a cigarette all that time. Brilliant book!

Con artists!!

They say you get a refund but actually don’t!!

Because I postponed an appointment by 2 days, apparently I don’t qualify even though I completed the course in full. This is ridiculous and quite simply a way out for them not to issue a refund.

Background - I booked another follow up seminar because the 1st 2 seminars didn’t work (shock/horror) and I had to move the appointment to another day. I gave them plenty of notice and the lady was happy to move the meeting. Not once did she mention this would invalidate my right to full refund!

This is a scam and the amount of people who have to return, attend follow ups is A LOT and the 10% success rate from what I can see is a load hog wash.

BEWARE - Do not use, do not fork out your hard earned money

No one can tell me how postponing my seminar by 2 days affects the effectiveness of the course. I attended 3 meetings within 3 months as prescribed and it didn’t work, simple!

They are a ridiculous bunch of cowboys who don’t offer a free refund, just say they do!
