I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to have found Allen Carr. I was a very heavy smoker and originally used the book then attended the workshop to quit. I have since tackled a range other addictions via books, workshops, 1-1 sessions and videos. I had smoked 3 packs a day since I was 15, attending an English Boarding school in Buenos Aires, Argentina. When I turned 48, living in Los Angeles, California, I had attempted to quit, many times before, but was never able to. A friend of mine, recommended the book, and I figured, what do I got to loose? For some STRANGE reason, I somehow knew, the minute I started reading the book, that I would quit! The book is about a 2 hour read, however, it took me an hour to read the first half, and about a week, to read the other half. I was freaking out, since I understood, the minute, I started reading, that I would quit, and this scared the Hell out me!! I felt immediately identified with Allen's hundreds of failed attempts throughout his life, which he lists in the book, and I also felt this peace inside, that quitting, was going to happen, and it was going to be EASY!!! After the online seminar, they share some knowledge that you can find on google and did the meditation, and totally does not work for me.

Hello ! I’ve been smoker 3 years starting from 18 to age 21.

The money back guarantee is completely false. I have never received worse customer service in my life. I contacted them to explain that there were some significant factual inaccuracies in the programme and I was told that I wasn't a real addict and that I was determined not to utilise the programme. The customer service was upsetting to say the least. The fact that they are saying that they reviewed the interaction and that it was satisfactory is genuinely worrying and shows the levels at which they are operating. I would strongly urge people to avoid this company. Happy to send screenshots of the way they treated me if anyone would like to see examples. It's shocking.
