I ordered an anti dust mite mattress cover. It's the 2nd one, as the 1st has been excellent. The item was too big for our mattress, must be slightly underside. Very disappointed with customer service response. Because we had removed it from the packaging, but not fitted to the mattress, we cannot return it. It was not made clear that this would be the case at the time of ordering .
Will not be dealing with this company again.

I should have checked these reviews before buying. I purchased cottonfresh dustmite encasements.
They are described as Oekotex and Gots certified, organic, undyed, unbleached cotton. It is not, It smelled strongly of chemicals that did not go away after washing and airing, it faded to white after one wash showing it was not undyed unbleached cotton nor fit for purpose as per consumer rights 2015. The company (advertised as cotton fresh but made by soundersleep) are not registered with the Oekotex or GOTS database. to be compliant they must have a GOTS label on the product with the logo and certification number, and for OEKOTEX the logo and certification number should be displayed on the product or packaging. Neither are supplied on the product or packaging. When I emailed the company requesting the certification numbers assuming they'd not realized they needed to be included with the product or sent the wrong item by mistake - they refused to provide certification numbers and refused a return. I've now reported this to GOTS, Oekotex and began a debit card charge back for counterfeit item.

I hoped this was genuine mistake and they would be happy to resolve by refunding or supplying the correct certified items, or noticing theyd made a mistake with their website description, however they've been entirely unhelpful and avoidant.
I feel taken advantage of at a vulnerable time, as I bought these trying to help my daughters allergy, I feel they have preyed on a concerned parent. In my haste I did not check reviews. I also did not realise until after researching because of experiencing the strong chemical smell that they must display certification numbers online listings- if Id known this I would not have purchased.

Very poor customer service and a very poor product I received… just avoid them

Ordered the Allerbed dust mite control plug ins as we’ve used them before. Ordered 3 at the cost of over £100. Still waiting for the delivery 4 weeks after ordering. Sent 4 emails, absolutely no response at all. I’m pretty confident now that I’ve been scammed. Please don’t order anything from this company. Absolutely shocking company.

Don’t buy from this company, I got scammed out of £20, they sent me a hairspray that was literally just water as it drenched my hair.
The won’t have it back despite it being not fit for purpose.
They are playing on people with allergies, selling products that are overpriced and not fit for purpose.

Good I ordered a test didn't work for me because I have arthritis told them this now refunding me my money back and given me a discount t if I order something else thank you

Bought some what was discribed as allergy sunglasses for hat fever relief.Product arrived and to my dismay found out that they were safety sunglasses which could be purchased for nearly half the price with other online stores.

Their product really helped me. When I had an issue with my order, the team acted quickly and helped me replace the item. Really recommend this company.

I ordered some anti dust mite pillow cases in their sale. When they arrived they were from a different company (sounder sleep) and of inferior quality. I had bought some from them in September last year so I knew what to expect.
When I queried it they told me they were what I had ordered . My realisation is that they used the January sales to sell an inferior product from a different company . I felt this to be very exploitative. So shoppers should be please be beware of this.

Awful customer service. Sent bottles leaking and un-usable. Then asked for photo after photo for evidence. This when they already charge a lot for delivery. All round very very bad. Do not use

Size was very small and I asked for full refund.

I would NEVER recommend this company due to POOR REFUND POLICY.

I have yet to try the product but paid £41 for DermaSilk socks plus delivery only to find the ones that arrived were extra long, I don’t have time to return and reorder before I need them for a long journey under compression stockings. I guess they’ll do..but shouldn’t pay that much for this experience.

The anti dust mite mattress protector and duvet covers do the job, no more allergies. However, the material is very slippery and the fitted sheet on top of the mattress keeps crunching up every night and the duvet slips down and has to be rearranged every night. I have since bought a polycotton cover for a different duvet, much cheaper, does the job and doesn't slip. Very disapointing. I contacted customer services but all they said is that I had probably ordered the wrong size, which I know I haven't.

The gloves are not the issue. I tried to return some (their website defaulted back to small rather than the XL needed) but despite recorded delivery they never made it and a refund was declined and they refused to believe I had sent them. I don't ever repeat buy from companies that treat their customers like this. They need to learn some elementary customer service and do their sums. Seems from the TrustPilot scores that I am hardly alone.

Very happy with AllergyBestBuys. I ordered a Cotton Fresh 100%-cotton mite-proof bed covering set consisting of a mattress cover, duvet cover, and pillow cover. Sets are discounted, i.e. cheaper than buying each product individually.

I contacted AllergyBestBuys to ask them a few pre-sale questions to confirm that they were a legitimate company. Delivery to Ireland was hassle-free. The products are of high quality, especially compared to alternative products I researched on Amazon. Getting the cover on the mattress was easy because the zip opens at two of the four sides of the cover. The zip is sturdy and has a locking mechanism. The material is lovely and the fit of the covers is perfect.

AllergyBestBuys was the only company I could find whose covers were highly reviewed and not American-sized. The Cotten Fresh covers certainly live up to the hype and are indeed the "Rolls Royce" of mite-proof covers. Recommended for anyone who wants to mite-proof their bed without resorting to plastic. The micron size of the cotton is so small it's as mite-proof as plastic.

Irritating returns process and unanswered questions. I previously ordered from them and realised I'd ordered the wrong thing so I asked to return it. I got told "you can't return unopened bedding" with nothing else. I had to write back again to tell them it was all sealed and unused to then wait for another response with instructions. Just a pain when I could have ordered from amazon with their incredibly easy returns process where they don't put arbitrary obstacles in the way.

I also wrote to them to inquire about more details about their products and I haven't heard back. The only real thing that they have over amazon here is good customer service and knowledge about their products, which they have failed on. Especially given how their products seem to cost about 3x other suppliers, I really want to be sure there's a big benefit to what I'm paying for.

one of the expensive shopping site I ever seen for allergy purchase. I would expect, these kind of companies should support vulnerable people suffering from various allergy related difficulties but I can't believe the cost here.

Ordered 2 pairs of adult’s Eczema gloves,
1 size large 1 medium both pairs are exactly same size.
1 of the large gloves,the thumb has not been sown correctly leaving a hole in the top of the thumb.
I am not impressed by the quality especially as they are supposed to be allergy gloves.
I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Very poor customer service, I have been passed from person to person and disconnected several times. I have been trying to get some information for one of their products for my child who has severe allergies. If you proclaim to be a specialist business I would recommend providing a service and basic product knowledge, otherwise what is the difference from a bulk online supplier? No wonder Amazon is winning....

Super speedy delivery and great customer services as I needed to amend a size on some gloves. Rang up on a Monday morning and spoke to Roy who was absolutely lovely and accommodating and went to fix my error. Would highly recommend!!!
