Allguard Services Reviews

We were initially quite apprehensive about making a will, but Charlie was very easy to talk to and explained the process in simple, layman’s terms. We would highly recommend Allguard Services and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Charlie helped us with both of the Lasting Power of Attorney documents . He was not only professional , but demonstrated that he was able to empathise with a client. He took time and used patience with us, making sure that we understood what the LPAs are for and how they function . I would recommend him to anyone else in similar circumstances to our own

Excellent service and explanation of the prepared Wills made for us

Caroline was brilliant from start to finish making sure we understood each question and was on hand to make the process as easy as possible! Highy reccomend! 10/10 service!

Caroline was extremely efficient, friendly and very professional and guided us through making our wills. She answered all our questions and explained everything carefully, she used language we understood and double checked our understanding before moving on. We would highly recommend her service

Really professional, affordable and personal service. Very well informed and guided us through what is a very complex process with ease. I feel like we are in very good hands. Exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend.

We had delayed getting our Wills sorted mainly because we did not really know who to go to and who we could rely on. Caroline was recommended to us by a colleague and we can fully vouch for the first class way she helped us through this process. Caroline visited us at our home and talked us through the options available.. She was punctual, kind and took time to listen and evaluate our situations. She explained the options with clarity and patience. At no time did we feel any pressure and we decided to proceed with Caroline preparing our Wills. She did this promptly and accurately. She returned again to sign and witness the documentation, again punctually and professionally. I believe the charges are wholly reasonable and the level of service given to be exceptional. Caroline needed a lot of patience to explain some matters to us, and I must commend her for achieving this. I would fully recommend Allguard services to anyone thinking about getting their Wills done. They will make it easy for you.

Clear advice for making a new will. Ditto my Lasting Powers of Attorney which AllGuard managed perfectly. Most importantly for me, aged 79 - Charlie Poole explained everything clearly and answered questions I had. Highly recommended

Allguard Services took on board that we needed to work within a tight time frame to get our Wills and associated documentation in place. They were really pleasant to deal with and achieved everything we needed. They were also able to advise us on a great deal of information of which we were not already aware in connection with property and Powers of Attorney.

A complete sensitive and personalised service determined by my needs at a time and place to suit myself and family members during the difficult early phase after the sad loss of my husband.
I really appreciated the the clear and specific explanations of each stage of the process following our bereavement. Allguard Services helped me with patient and practical guidance through probate and all subsequent documents necessary towards the completion stages.

Highly recommend Caroline and Allguard, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and excellent communication.

Charlie was super, came to my house, explained everything simply and clearly. Quick and reasonably priced service. Would recommend to others who need estate planning advice/service.

Charlie has recently worked on the probate following the recent death of my Father. As with all previous matters Charlie has helped us with, the service and communication, not to mention the kindness and courtesy, at what is a very difficult time have been faultless. Would happily commend Charlie to anyone looking for a professional service.
