DELF Certification paid for and never received
My son obtained the DELF certification at the Alliance Française. In early November 2025, we were notified that he had passed and given the option of paying for the certificate to be shipped or picking it up ourselves. We paid the small fee and never received the certificate. We called several times to report that we hadn't received it, and they finally agreed to send us a duplicate. We are still waiting for the duplicate, and it's now February 2026.

Thankyou. I couldn't even find their website. When you say social network do you mean facebook. In person Reception couldn't/wouldn't help.

Even though the 800-plus Alliances Françaises in the network worldwide share common values, each one is independent and defines its own operating rules, in compliance with local law.
Although we are not linked with the Alliance Française from Dublin, we advise you to send them an inbox message on their social network or to visit them if you are unable to reach them by phone or email.
Your comment does not concern us, as Aliance Française de Bruxelles-Europe did not organise any cultural night on 27.8.24 (what's more, our activities are free of charge for our students here in Brussels).

They promote a course which I’ve payed (400€), and only then, they told you to recive the B1 or more you to pay and it increase related to the level (C1 250€).

You came yesterday for A1 intensive class. This class was already full for your level but the solution was to join the 2 times a week class (3 months) in A1. We are still available if you want to talk by mail, phone or come at the reception.

En 1987, j' ai termine mon secondaire superieur ( section latin- sciences) et en 2018, j' ai passe le DAEU ( Diplome d'Acces aus Etudes Universitaires, equivalent du Bac litteraire ) mention bien a l' Universite d'Artois a Arras et j' ai ete acceptee en faculte de lettres. J ai du y renoncer faute de moyen.0
