So grateful to have been able to design my rings with Alliance Jewels. I love them. The communication was fantastic and they delivered in such a short space of time. I couldn’t recommend them more

Thank you Suhail. I love my ring looks so much better in person. Your service was great which made it easier for me to pick the right place for my ring.

I had an amazing experience with Alliance Jewels! Suhail was incredible and helped me every step of the way in getting the perfect engagement ring within my budget. From discussing the design to actually casting it, the whole process was a breeze. And let me tell you, the ring turned out absolutely stunning! It's exactly what my partner wanted, and she couldn't be happier. Honestly, it's even better than we expected. I'm over the moon with how easy and enjoyable the whole experience was. Thank you so much for everything!

A brilliant and professional service from start to finish. Alliance jewels were brilliant in helping design and make the engagement ring I proposed with and my fiance absolutely loves the ring. I had constant communication throughout the process and was kept up to date on the ring been made and sent out. Highly recommend alliance jewels to anyone looking for an amazing service and product.

Having spent some time searching for the right jeweller to make my bespoke engagement ring I came across Alliance and was amazed by the super fast service and friendly helpful customer service.

Having made a very specific request they were able to offer a CAD design swiftly and very reasonably priced compared to other Hatton Garden jewellers.

Once I collected my ring I was amazed by the preciseness and level of craftsmanship.

I would definitely recommend Alliance to others

Absolutely thrilled with my RING!!! The impeccable customer service ensured I got a fantastic price for my dream ring. The design process started promptly after part payment, and once I approved the design, the production was completed in less time than estimated. I received it in time for my 3rd-year wedding anniversary, and I'm completely obsessed with this ring – it's exactly what I wanted.

She said yes! Amazing service before and after my purchase. I loved working with Suhail on what is now etched as one of the most important days of mine and my fiancé’s lives. Suhail paid attention to every detail and made sure I got the perfect ring for my bride to be, considering I knew nothing about cuts or clarity 😂. Thank you so much Alliance jewels, we are happy and blessed! God bless you all.

I couldn’t recommend Alliance Jewels more. The service to the quality, the whole process was seamless and stress free. Suhail was amazing, always responsive and proactive in sending updates. He went above and beyond, suggesting purchasing sample rings and even sending links when it wasn’t convenient to come in and he accommodated every possible request I had. The box the ring comes in also adds a wow factor.

When everyone’s offering nearly the same products, it’s his service that makes Alliance Jewels the one to go with.

I had the best experience with Alliance after being let down by another jewellers.
The service from Suhail was amazing! He was so helpful and constantly sent updates throughout the process keeping me updated, I can’t recommend them enough! Suhail made the whole process enjoyable and stress free for both me and my partner. The CAD images were so helpful throughout the process and really brought my dream ring to life. The attention to detail on my ring and the quality was incredible, thank you again Suhail.
If you are thinking of using alliance, don’t think twice on it, highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am super happy that I’ve come across Alliance Jewels. 5 star service all round and will recommend to anyone.
Thank you so much

Great customer service and they have an excellent communication skills. They were very consistent with their updates.

Brilliant communication from the start and responds to any queries quickly. Ring was re-sized quickly too. The ring is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend

We had such an amazing experience from start to finish with Suhail. My partner and I travelled from Cardiff to London to visit him with very little knowledge about diamonds but Suhail explained everything and after asking for our budget and the design we had in mind he was able to create a stunning bridal set for me and wedding band for my husband with amazing quality and craftsmanship. A really lovely person to talk to, honest and trustworthy, amazing at communicating. He updated us at every stage of the rings, from confirming design to them actually being brought to life. As we aren’t from London he even took time out of his family holiday to meet us to deliver the rings. Such an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone. The rings themselves are absolutely stunning, quality is amazing and the way they shine, just wow! I’ve had so many comments from family and friends saying how they have never seen a ring like this before! 10/10 service, very happy!

They have the most beautiful diamond and bands I have seen, also they can create a unique piece that the other’s jeweller out there did not want to make because it is “too hard”. Definitely my go to!

Working with the team at Alliance to design my engagement ring & wedding band was an absolute dream! The team has a very personal approach to their work and I felt in very safe hands from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable about diamonds, and work to a very fast turnaround.

Once you have your design, the team will send you a wax model so that you know exactly how the ring will look and feel before it goes into production - very unique! I could not recommend any better jeweller in London or anywhere else in Europe.

So I mentioned I might be back for a pair of earrings. Alliance Jewels delivered again. Five star service and a beautiful anniversary gift. Thank you.

Alliance Jewels made me a beautiful engagement ring, in a short space of time.
In addition to a gorgeous and ethically produced ring, the service provided was professional with a straightforward purchase and delivery process. Couldn’t be more pleased, I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I first contacted Suhail at Alliance Jewels in July 2023. I had a very specific design in mind and so it had to be perfect! After giving the go ahead I received my ring in less than 3 weeks and it honestly is more than what I could have wished for! 😊 its exactly what we wanted and the details on the ring are amazing. I was also wary of buying online but the reviews speak for themselves! I can’t wait to come back for my wedding bands! If you are reading this and feel unsure, go for it!! You will not be disappointed 😊 Thank you again Alliance Jewels!

Absolutely love the new diamond ring for my partner! It's stunning, sparkles brilliantly, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. It's the perfect symbol of love and commitment. Thank you again Alliance Team!
