Ware kam gut verpackt an. Sehr viel Plastikmüll. Beim öffnen keine sichtbaren schäden. Doch beim genaueren hinsehen leider unzureichende Qualität von Gläsern. Reklamationsformular wird nicht abgeschickt. Nach Anrufen und Mails an Support keine Reaktion. Keine Weiterempfehlung für mehr als 5 Produkte durch unzureichende Qualität und keine Kundeninteraktion. Schade.

I ordered 100 candle jars, the delivery was very fast and everything absolutely perfect

Ordered in July and it is now October and I still haven't received my order.

Llevo 3 años pidiendo periódicamente envases a esta empresa. Como puntos a favor a destacar es que tienen mucha variedad de tarros y envases, buena calidad, y a precios muy ajustados.
El envío son 19€ + iva...no me parece económico pero siempre me ha llegado el pedido bastante rápido, en unos 4 días.

Lo que menos me gusta, es que la mayoría de tarros que ellos venden como de 50ml (que es lo que suelo comprar habitualmente), son en realidad de unos 40-45ml de capacidad. Suelo usar los tarros para las cremas y es un inconveniente importante. El remate ha sido el pedido que me ha llegado hoy, unos tarritos minúsculos que para ellos son de 50ml (y lo son si los llenas de agua hasta que no quepa ni una gota más), pero las cremas tienen más volumen, así que la capacidad real es de unos 35ml.

Deberían etiquetar mejor en la pagina web los tarros según la capacidad útil real, porque ahora me los voy a tener que comer con patatas.

I have just checked my mail, and I made my first order at Allip. the 12-12-16. And since I have made 16 orders.
I have every time experienced very quick and good delivery. You can buy from many places, where Your product comes, even though it is glass just put down in a box, that ends at You filled with destroyed products.I have for sure tried that from some very big firms): And not offered anything even though You send picture.
I have never had a single product coming from Allipackaging that have not been very good and secure packed:)
And as I send a lot of parcels, I have a lot of material I can use to pack in there.
I am very satisfied also with the time I have had question. I get answer in short time, and always in a nice tone.
So I will for sure recomand this firm🙂

I am purchasing my bottles with sprayer from them several years ago. Not just the good quality of their products but their outstanding customer care and flexibility what doesn't let me choose another supplier. I don't understand those who claim "they pretend to be English company", it is written everywhere on their site that the head office and the warehouse is in Central-Europe (Hungary) because they serve their clients all over Europe and this location makes them to good in delivery prices and times. Highly recommend them!

Always find the best packaging solution for my chilli sauces. Fast and cheap delivery to most EU coutries. They offer solution for big businesses and also small manufactures, like my brand. Highly recommended!

I purchased some items which I wanted to create labels for. I was dealing with a young guy who was managing my request. Emails where requested with logo and my product information which I gave. I was then asked for it as a PDF file.
Confused I asked what he meant as I had given him all my info in a Zip file.
This is after waiting several weeks for a quote.
He then said " if you do not know what a PDF is I cannot help you". I do know what it is , I just needed him to explain how it relates to what I had already sent him.
Upset I said I would have to leave it as we were clearly not getting anywhere. Of which he seemed happy and put down the phone

I was upset that I had wasted so much time for nothing. I tried to call back to raise my complaint with his supervisor but he obviously knew my number and decided not to pick up.
I called back on another phone and he picked up straight away. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused stating that I would need to send an email.(To the general email address which if course will go to him)

Waste of my time and highly unprofessional.

Please do not use this company

They provide their details on their website as a Uk company with UK landline number and a UK address however when unwanted items to be returned they have since provided details of their company based in Hungary

Sending back the parcel to Hungary costing a lot more money x3/4) than in the UK. They promised to pay back my delivery charge however they have ignored the request after receiving the parcel and only paid back the original amount.
Since then they have not replied my email

What a con!!!
