We've been taking care of ironing since 2004. We love ironing and also providing excellent customer service to our clients. Our team has grown enormously and we work harder to save time for busy people - like you! All Ironed Out was borne out of a need to spend more time at home with our family. This is very important to us and we ensure that all our employees can work hours which don't interfere with their own family life. They're our most valuable asset. Why Ironing? The demands placed upon us at work are now even greater than ever. With longer working weeks and the many hours we spend travelling to and fro - spare time is a luxury which we should all be able to enjoy. On average, a small family creates an ironing pile every week which takes between 2 and 5 hours to iron. Missed Collections
OK - have booked a collection for Monday between 5pm and 7pm. Third time lucky?
Have used these guys for a while and they have been very good. However, two no shows in the last 48 hours. Phoned and left a message twice and no response. Seems like they don’t want my business.

Very bad costumer service and quality. Two of my husband shirts were burnt. Tried to complain but no one answered the phone or emailed me back! Very disappointing!

An agents review...
My review is of the business as an agent. Before I joined communication was excellent, however since joining its very difficult to get a response. The support that they offer to get new clients is minimal. They communicate with clients and change the goalposts without informing you. If you are considering this as a way into the ironing business I would seriously consider just going it alone. After all, if you pay these guys you are ignored anyway.

Our ironing wasn't collected when it should have been and today I am unable to contact Head office or our local office. Neither are answering their phone's. After glowing reviews this is really poor customer service!!!!!!

A loyal customer...
I've been using All Ironed Out for 3-4 years now and I very rarely leave reviews about anything online. However, I thought I would! The ironing service they provide me with is second to none. Each and every week, I bundle my ironing into a bag and in 2 days its back in my wardrobe neatly ironed. Friendly driver, excellent ironing presentation. This small business knows how to keep a customer for life. Try them! You won't be disappointed.

Didn't take into account our preferences
Used a couple of times. Collection and drop off service was good, however we had preferences to how we would like our things to come back i.e. Buttons not done up on shirts etc. These preferences were ignored every time we used the service
