A place to call home, not just a product
A beautiful home, well located in the landscape. Great customer service from Rachel and Lynn who were really helpful and took the time to share information on the local community: shops, village amenities, clubs and societies and public transport accessibility. They were presenting a place, a home, not just a product.

Chance viewing of amazing property
We went to view a pre built property on the high moor view estate, when we arrived we actually found that they were still building new houses too. The lady we spoke with told us of a house that would fit what we were looking for. When we arrived at the house we were met by John Bellas the building Forman who helped show us round. I cannot express how lucky we were to meet John on the first day as he really sold the house to us, he was extremely professional and had a good bond with the team. He answered all questions for us and was just a generally lovely guy. We have been down since and seen John and he was super accommodating again and talked us through the things that were happening and the stages the build would go through. John is a credit to your company and definitely deserves a pat on the back. I would also like to say that your sales team on site are also amazing, we have been dealing with Victoria and Rachel and they have been so helpful. This so far has been amazing experience.

First class viewing experience with Rachel
Our viewing today was first class in every way. Rachel, who showed us round and gave us all the information relating to the property we are interested in was amazing. She was friendly and professional as well as being extremely knowledgeable. She took time to understand our requirements and help us in deciding which property would suit us best. She didn’t rush things and could answer everything we asked. Her knowledge of the development, the properties construction and the local area were impressive. We have had a few viewings now in our journey to relocate to Devon and Rachel has by far been the best customer service/ sales person we have encountered. We have come away with everything we need to know and consider prior to making our final decision on our house purchase. We have also made a 2nd appointment with Rachel for Thursday so that we can progress things.

A lovely site Development
A lovely site Development, nicely planned and feeling spacious. The properties we viewed are high spec and finished to a high standard. Rachel who showed around the development and properties was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All in all it was worth the 3and a half hour drive down from London to view at High Moor View. We are hoping we get a sale on our property so we don’t miss out on buying with yourselves.

We travelled for 1 hour and 25 minutes…
We travelled for 1 hour and 25 minutes to view a home and was told we could view one otherwise we would not of bothered going, wasting fuel, our time and your time, head office led me to believe that we could view one. We couldn't even view where they were going to be situated, not a good idea to mislead people. There is only one bungalow and one house we were interested in but the bungalow is not ready until October 26. Also when will you house builders realise that putting bungalows next to houses doesn't work.

Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we do appreciate you taking the time to visit us.
Ahead of your appointment, it was explained that the property you were interested in is not yet built, with an estimated completion window of September to November 2025. It was also discussed that, due to planning regulations, changes such as window alterations aren’t possible at this stage.
While the plot itself is not currently available to view, it was mentioned that a show home would be available on site to help demonstrate the quality and finish of our homes.
We’re sorry for any misunderstanding and will certainly take your comments on board to help us improve future communication.
If you have any further questions or would like to discuss the development in more detail, we’d be happy to help.

After care very good and can’t fault. Always responded quickly to any queries and snagging done promptly. Special mention to Adam Reed and Seth. Also the ongoing landscaping and fencing led by Simon. Plus whoever came to do the plastic repairs (sorry didn’t get your name!). Very pleased with the house overall. Excellent after sales team led by Steve Hunt. Part exchange process was smooth - our thanks to Caroline. The request for a ramp for accessibility well executed by Paul.

Me and my family are very happy
Allison Homes were very patient, when we had hold ups with our buyers. Gina was very helpful and great when we came for our initial visit to reserve the house.
The house is really well built and the small number of minor faults have almost been sorted out. We are in a lovely location here and we are just all very happy with the standard and inside space of the house. For the price its very good. It will be lovely when the orchard is finished and to look out on, which is for the whole community. Honestly it's the best house I have lived in so far.
