Had my van recovered from an impound, crew was very fast and efficient.
Very helpful definitely use again.

Overall no issues with the service, not the most straightforward tow but got the job done nonetheless and nice & friendly. Only slight thing is seemed to have damaged the rocker panel slightly while trying to jack the car up, other than that no problems.

The driver went well above and beyond. I have an electric car and we drove around for a couple of hours trying to find a charging point. Top bloke, no moaning, just wanted to help me on my way. He even stayed to make sure I got car on charge. Thank you so much

Writing this on behalf of a friend who has been ripped off by these people:

My friend was quoted £185 to have his car picked up from his home and taken to a garage. He lives in Northfleet and the garage is in Chadwell St Mary (about 30 mins drive). The tow truck arrived and was apparently unsuitable for the job as the car is a convertible Mercedes AMG which has a low ground clearance. The driver unsuccessfully attempted to drag it up the ramp, to no avail. He then said that another recovery vehicle would be needed and would be 20 mins. Only when the first driver had gone did it become clear that he had damaged the body work, by trying to force it on. Over an hour later the second driver arrived. Couldn’t find the key as the first driver had hidden it in the sun visor and not told him. Finally located it and loaded the car onto the truck. The driver then called from the garage and said that the bill and bank details would be texted and that, as soon as it was paid, the car would be put down and left with the garage. When he opened the text, the bill had increased to £300! When he called to question this, my friend received a torrent of abuse and was told that his car would not be released until it was paid, and that the increase was because he was being charged for two tow trucks!
If you fail to send the appropriate kind of tow truck for the car - which you knew the make and model of beforehand - on what planet do you think you can charge the customer twice? Why should he pay for your ignorance? And threatening to keep possession of the car until this fraudulent bill was paid, is nothing short of extortion. I will be making a more detailed ‘review’ of this company to Trading Standards, since this isn’t simply a case of pisspoor service, it’s just plain illegal.

I live out near Banbury, Jake and his son took me the 100+ miles home and then 100 more back late at night so I could make it to my girlfriend's house after my car broke down in Wimbledon during the day, with Jake insisting and going completely out his own way. Fast service, top service and a lovely bloke - son was excellent too.
