The worst customer service. Buy 1 get 1 free. Received the parcel in the mail. Only sent 1 product. Contacted customer service. "You should of added the free one to the cart we won't be sending you the free item" 5 million dollar company and can't afford to post out a FREE water bottle. Never again!

I feel like the whipped products have a sexual stimulating affect and they're selling these to children
Why i say this is it washed my hands in there store using the whipped product and my hands were tingling

I also have washed my self using the cherry or Berry body wash and I had sensations down there which was kind of od so I went to the store to sus it out
They also have do not touch writen on paper at their sinks

Its funny how yous like to list all the ingredients and details in them which makes things more noticeable that your company is hiding something

Spent over $75 to receive the free whipped soap but when I went to add it to my cart there was no option to do so. I went in and out of my order multiple times and still no option. Thought maybe it adds after the order is completed so completed the order and checked and it still hadn't added. I immediately contacted customer service and let them know only to be told by 2 separate staff that too bad because I didn't add it I won't get it. How can I add something that won't let me add it? Terrible customer service and I will never order again!

Don't fall for the tempting and attractive descriptions - the products don't smell anything even remotely close to what they market. Lazy Sundays smells like nothing, not even a mild vanilla/pancake or maple fragrance, the space candy has a weird smell, fresh jam body cream smells nothing like jam or strawberries but something cheap and off-putting.
The bubble bath doesn't lather up much and I had to use half the mini bottle for a single bath tub bath. They're not worth $100 I paid for my two orders.
Returning any item costs half of the money that they might refund as they have only two physical stores in the whole of Sydney and the expensive Australia Post is the most accessible option.
The saving grace is that the products themselves aren't that bad if you can manage to ignore the smell.
It may be suitable for those with sensitive skin but it is not worth the price.
Wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Went in yesterday and was served by a staff member starting with A. I had to ask her to help me and she said I can try iam only doing as a favour to Seed that’s where I work
The place was always music laughter and fun staff it was a dismal place yesterday.

Bought a water bottle in Australia while catching a flight from the airport (I live in Australia). Within a few days the water bottle started leaking. Got in touch with their Live Chat who told me I can only return in store for physical assessment. There are NO stores near me. Response was pretty much that they don't have to do sh**. I mentioned Australia has consumer guarantees and their response was 'we comply with all local laws and regulations'. Apparently they don't! Might want to get lawyers to check in on that. They even mentioned a timeframe on returns of faulty products. I let them know that the ACCC specifically says there is no set timeframe. Even so, I've had the thing for 5 days! Just going to cut my losses and send the screenshots of the chat to the ACCC. Doubt anything will happen but buyer beware DO NOT expect good quality and DO NOT expect a hassle free faulty return in line with the ACCC for Australian customers. IMO, dodgey dodgey dodgey.

Allkinds is my favourite skincare brand im an Adult and I’m absolutely obsessed with them. their products are amazing on sensitive skin. It’s the only brand I can use without it flaring up my eczema and I get to have super nice smelling products every time I shower or have a bath. I’ve been using their products for a couple years now and I’ve only ever had one problem with one of the shower foams which they fixed super quickly and were so nice about it. The staff are also super friendly

If your looking for something with a strong scent id avoid it, i got some body moisturisers and body mists, if you dont care much for scent the moisturisers feel very nice but the 'scent' is non existent, the body mists just smell like rubbing alcohol so id avoid them completely which is disappointing since the maple syrup body mist has cinnamon/cinnamal which is exactly what i was looking for but alls i could smell was alcohol with a tinge of cinnamon that went away a few seconds after spraying

Ordered 2 items at the request of my granddaughter. Little did I know I had to buy a minimum of $40 worth of products, which I've never seen nor tried. So, I bought a few more for future birthday gifts.

Then, it took over a week to get my items and of the 4 aerosol cans of shower foam, 2 of the caps were broken because they were just put in a box with no bubble wrap or any protection of any kind.

Last time I'm ordering from this company. You need to do better!

Allkinds service is amazing. Their products are phenomenal and have improved my skin rapidly. Highly recommend this store. Like Sephora and Mecca but for little kids. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!

have real scents of products i brought the caramel daily body cream and it doesn't smell at all liker caramel waste of money

I purchase $100 give card for my niece and can't download it can't find a real person to help it hopeless
and absolute time waster. Have my email address just send it

Beautiful scents and very nice but my sponge broke the first time I used it and products are not filled to the top just quite a bit over half not worth the price and it says no nasty stuff but it has chemicals but I still love it

Hello, im really angry and sad because 2 months ago i wrote an e-mail about sending orders to Poland. I think that as their client i have right to recieve back an e-mail even if it would say only ,,no sorry we can't do that'' or ,,Sure you can order but u have to pay extra money for sending it''. As AllKinds customer i should recive an e-mail back. I've heard a lot of good things about AllKinds but im sad that i didn't experince it. As a customer, I feel disappointed, I was treated rudely, I wish you good luck with running your business in this way and with such treatment of customers. It's totally unthinkable. I definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone. So if u want to buy from AllKinds be ready to deal with RUDE service.

This is because they have a store which takes care of your skin but they made it fun . It has 6 world or you can say ranges they are Sweet Talk, Lazy Days, Super fresh, Hey Vacay, Intergalactic and Totally Clear . Since they have mini gifts sets for Easter, with some tiny improvements, they should do them in a bigger size. Sadly, they could be only found in Australia but I love traveling so that's why I gave it a 5.
