It's hard to be impressed
When you get a date in the diary, arrange for your tenant to be there and then the engineer fails to turn up without giving any notice or warning it's hard to be impressed. I also had to remind the company that I had paid as they didn't seem to have registered it and re-sent the invoice. I'll be looking elsewhere next time I'm afraid...

I paid for two EPC certificates only…
I paid for two EPC certificates only one was provided which had all the wrong information about the building despite going over all the detail before the survey started I have tried to have this resolved but was just ignored so I have paid £128 for one incorrect EPC.
To add to this they were two hours late for the appointment do not use this company a total nightmare to deal with.
