Company was great up to the point they got hold of my money before the engineer visit.

The job was for a straight forward smoke alarm test for a property of 2 flats owned by my family. Engineer was late and awful when he did arrive and couldn't even be bothered to get his ladder out. He also did not appear to be taking the safety check seriously and passing the detectors without properly checking. He then proceeded to argue that I would need 2 separate certificates at which point I said I've paid for 1 so just give me 1 certificate and i'll get the other flat checked later. He then told me my certificate had failed - clearly as a result of refusing to pay for the 2nd certificate.

To make matters worse, I have been asking for the certificate from the officesince the visit and they are not responding.

Landlords don't bother using these crooks as they are only trying to fleece you out of a call out charge.

The office I communicate regularly, to get engineer to ring about the payment, was very unnecessary. Once the payment was done on time scale , told received NEVER in history off 46 years trading we heard that, spent a lot time

This company does not tell the truth.
Tony claims that he does not out source engineers, but is really a middleman, they do not have their own engineers.
The company like to use another companies engineers called Emergency services 247. This company has incompetent workers who will take on jobs not in their expertise, purely for the money and cause damages to my property and fail to meet health and safety criteria. They take 50% payment of the job schedule up front and once they recieve funds they run away and do not complete the job.
Becareful with A and A landlord certificates and there accomplice Emergency services 247 jobs done by these companies warranty may not be honoured by the company in the future
