Nice rug
This purchase was smooth and on time. The rug is really soft, nice quality and looks beautiful. I am giving it 4 stars because it has been shedding and I am hoping it is because it is new and hopefully stops at some point! If it stops shedding it is 5 stars.

It is bizarre to ask a customer how you're doing before the customer receives the products which is the true test of how you're doing, right?
