These sheets are not linen. They are, I would guess, polyester. I confirmed this with holding a match to a loose thread which instantly burned like plastic, leaving a plastic smell. The threads in the sunlight also glitter, natural fiber do not do this except silk. These sheets are NOT LINEN.

Excellent service and product
Bed sheet quality was excellent. Pillow case stitching was very nice. Package was great. Delivary was on time. However, there was a "delivary charge free" offer, but it was not done automatically on website order confirmation. I had to knock on face book to get the offer. Facebook team is very active and extremely helpful. Thank you face book team. Website needs upgradation.

Mixed experience.
The print and material was nice. Exactly same as picture. But there was no embroidery work on pillow cover as it showed on online picture.

They mistakenly used my name and phone…
They mistakenly used my name and phone number as their merchant, for this reason delivery men from paperfly called me multiple times (during my office hour, even in friday when I was asleep), customers from all over Bangladesh called me regarding their issues. I contacted Allora 3 times regarding this problem, but nothing happened. On 4th time, after my misbehavior, they looked into it and solved the problem. I was just a customer, but because of their mistake I suffered for almost 2 weeks.
