I received the mass of paper work from the government to apply for AA and thought what do i put here and so on.
Then i came across Allowance Assist and they listened to my case and said they could help and after a very personal chat about my health and the care i was getting they thought i had a good chance of getting a positive result.
3 weeks later after weekly back up calls from the team
i was told my application was successful and would be getting the higher allowance.

We used Allowance Assist to help with my mum's Attendance Allowance application, and they were excellent from start to finish.

Communication was regular throughout the process, with the team checking in to see if we needed anything and answering any questions we had. They took all the stress out of completing the application by helping us fill in the forms properly and making sure everything was covered.

when looking after a loved one it is difficult to fill forms in but they did an excellent job with us getting the higher allowance thank you remember no win no fee

a very helpful and understanding team took the strain of doing request myself and with a satifting result - only moan was that ammount charged was not what was originally quoted - but having said that. the monthly allowance makes life a lot stressful paying someone to do jobs here and there - thank you

From the first contact I made with Allowance Assist I felt supported in my application to DWP.
I had regular, 7-10 day, contact with them, checking whether I had any queries/problems.

I saw their Ad and was sceptical. C.A.B told me I wasn't able to get any benefits because of pensions. On initial call AA Assist team told me they were wrong and arranged a phone call to complete application form. Easy process, completed forms posted to me for signature. I sent them to DWP. Allowance assist was amazing from start to Finnish. Chloe phoned me took all the details and filled the forms in then posted them to me to read and post to DWP. I was only waiting 6 weeks and I got the highest rate. I'm not good at filling forms out I wouldn't have done it with out them. I would definitely recommend. Thanks to all the team
