I have looked several times in the past to apply for a living allowance but found it all just too difficult, so I gave up. I then discovered Allowance Assist, and they were excellent, guiding me all of the way; it made it so simple.

I contacted Allowance Assist on 15th December 2025 as my husband had been diagnosed with Dementia. From the first telephone call that I had with them I found the team to be friendly, helpful and professional. They explained everything in detail and supported me throughout the whole application process. My application has now been accepted by the DWP and Attendance Allowance has been awarded, thanks to Allowance Assist. I highly recommend this company and their lovely team. Don't hesitate to ring them!

Prompt and efficient service with successful result

Allowance assist took care of everything and managed to obtain the Government assist allowance for me which I am extremely grateful, well done team.

Application for Attendance Allowance is quite daunting because of the detail required for an applcation to be successful. Luke and the team guided us through the form filling within an hour's extremley helpful telephone conversation and within 24 hours the completed form was sent to us for approval and posting to the DWP and our application was successful without any further information being required.

I was a little apprehensive at first but after thinking it over the weekend I phoned Allowance Assist I can’t thank Luke Chloe and the team enough I have just been awarded the higher rate what a genuinely wonderful, friendly, and helpful company they are, I would not hesitate to use them again. I was helped with completing the forms. Pension assist made it easy for me to explain daily life living with my disability. I felt they understood.

I was nervous about making my application, as I know there is so many questions to answer. But using this company made it alot easier and gives you the best advise to increase your chances of a successful claim .Mine had a curve ball of needing a doctors notes sent to them. it was not to much trouble. If your worried about anything there was always someone at allowance assist to help and talk you though. would recommend to anyone.

I have found Luke and all the various people I have spoken to very kind, friendly and helpful. They have dealt with my application very efficiently which means I have now been accepted and will be receiving an allowance monthly. Thanks to all the staff for their help. I would add that they are also cheaper than many if their competitors

The team were so friendly and helpful in filling in the long form for attendance allowance. I would never have the patience and understanding of this form and would probably not have filled it in and not received my AA. They phoned me regularly to see if I'd heard anything and explained I might get a phone call from DWP and not to be afraid to answer their questions.
