Nice staff, especially Amy.

Prices are shocking.

When my tenants told me they were going to move out, I dreaded having to interview, check credit scores and background checks on new tenants. I called All Property Management and they took over and did all the hard work for us, we were very satisfied that we would be in good hands.

They made things simple and easy going through the process.

The response and follow up were professional and reassuring from these companies.

Feel like we'll make the correct choice.

I work with Tom at All Access and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and the company. Tom found a quality tenant for my house in 10 days and took care of everything from inspections to meeting the tenant on move-in day to fielding questions the tenant had. Tom responds to concerns quickly and is reliable and thoughtful. As a Type-A person, I do not give up control easily, but having All Access manage my property has been a wonderful experience. They give me peace of mind knowing my property is in capable hands.

They started out small and are growing fast. They are growing because they can be trusted. I realize you cannot please everyone all the time and a couple bad apples can spoil the whole bunch.
If you want a company that cares about the tenants and has an excellent maintenance response time then you should rent from them.

Put me in touch with a lot of Property Managers. Some were on the other side of the country. Might be good to add a radius feature for the search for Management Companies if a person wants one near their property. If not, they disable the feature. Was impressed by the number of responses and their promptness. Great service and with this little tweak, perfect.

I submitted an online request only to never get any call back from them. It's been a week and no one from their company has contacted me. I will look elsewhere.

After filling out all my information I had three management companies contacting me that night. Two were local and very knowledgeable about what services I needed.

This is an excellent service.

Don't waste yours

They couldn't help me, they were of no use to me. My property was not in an area they serviced.

Fast answers and great service!

Service is cheaper compared to others in market but service is bit slow. Dont expect immediate response for your query.

Was looking for Management Companies that managed HOA areas...found Management Companies that managed Rental or condos mixed with what I was actually looking.....had to call the contact address o make that distinction. Other than that I found somethings that I was looking for. I would use again if this is revised.
