Inept customer service
I placed an order in Saturday morning for 12 pounds of dog food. Sunday morning I discovered our freezer was on the fritz. I immediately emailed them and asked to cancel my order. That was 7:50am Sunday. I had not received a response by 7pm Monday so I emailed them again. The finally responded at 11am Tuesday and basically said too bad, there’s nothing we can do to help you.
I have ordered several times before and never recall needing customer service for anything. But now that I see how inept their customer service is, I will not continue to do business with them.
