Reliable Shuttle Co Reviews

This company is amazing! As a solo traveler, I appreciate every positive experience. I had the best, most patient driver with a wealth of life experience and incredible storytelling skills. The ride was sweet. The conversation was delightfully thought-provoking. I arrived in good time without having to navigate the nuances of the city. Thank you, Jeff! The customer service is second to none!

Great company! They were very prompt with their response time and it was super easy to book via email. The deivsr they sent me, Sonia, was spectacular. Courteous in their customer service and Sonia was kind and friendly. Highly recommend them if you need transportation in Savannah/Hilton Head area.

Reliable, communicative, and reasonable. Seamless way to get between Charleston and Savannah without the hassle of doing a one way car rental.

Beyond the professional and courteous service, I truly admired and was impressed with how you and your team performed under highly stressful situations in a way that calmed the situation and made the necessary adjustments to overcome the challenges. Job well done!

Great service! Lots of communication the day before with Shiela. Driver arrived 5 mins early and got me from Charleston to Savannah safely. I would use this service again if needed.

Our flight was 5 hours delayed. I tried to call and got a recorded message that said to text. I texted and got no reply. I sent them an email that asked for a $76.13 refund for services I did not receive (including a prepaid tip) and got no reply to that either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! the negative reviews are correct and we learned the hard way, this company cancelled our 5 hr transport for 7 people less than 24 hours in advance, they simply sent a text saying trip was cancelled and did not respond to my text or request for a call. totally ghosted. this really left us in a bind and I spent the rest of the day of our vacation trying to find another transfer. this company is definitely unreliable without any compassion for their customers.

Excellent service. Arrived the exact time. Driver was Excellent!

Terrific driver let me know that she was a few minutes late, and I enjoyed the trip with no issues.

Highly recommended! We needed to travel from Charleston, SC to Savannah, GA and were entertaining the idea of going the ride-share route (which is pretty pricey). I was thrilled to find Reliable Shuttle, and even more thrilled by its reasonable fares. Reliable Shuttle kept in touch, provided clear instructions, and were on time!

We were very fortunate to be the only riders on our trip and our driver, Jeff, was great! Super smooth ride. He was an excellent driver and we arrived at our destination exactly as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Reliable Shuttle again!

Great communication & friendliness. Kept me informed as to the status of timing till arrival to pick me up

They stayed in touch and did a great job

On time and nice vehicle.

We had a great service from Andrew when our timing changed to get from Charleston to Savannah. We felt safe and secure, and he was great company! We were surprised by the fact that he was able to bring us right to our Airbnb in Savannah which gave us a great feeling of safety and convenience. We will use this service again certainly!

We were in a pickle when our ride from Savannah to Charleston fell through. Sheila came through for us and Andrew our driver was just the best. It was a great ride! Even our friends who are local to Savannah thought it was a great deal.

Sheila was very professional in all that she did in conjunction with booking our roundtrip VAN service in Savannah. Knowledgeable and very considerate and all done with a smile.

Andrew was an awesome guide. Filled with knowledge and southern hospitality.

Communicative and on time. Lived up to its "reliable' Name.

Great driver, arrived promptly and dropped me off as agreed. Thank you!

I had a wonderful driver, Helena. She was stupendous. Caring? Check. Compassionate? Check. Great driver? Check. I highly recommend this service and ask for Helena.
