All Seasons Resort Lodging Reviews 

I would NEVER recommend this place. First, they take filtered photos of the best condo in the building (I’m assuming) because our condo looked nothing like the photos. It was rundown and in desperate need of a makeover. The A/C didn’t work well so they had an extra unit in the bedroom that was loud and ran nonstop. Downstairs was almost too unbearable to be midday because of the heat.

However, the worst part of the trip was when I realized I left my iPad in the condo, and I immediately called the main desk to let them know (~30 min after checking out). JASMINE answered at the front desk and appeared very helpful. She found it, sent me a picture of it to let me know, and agreed to mail it to me after getting my credit card info. I called several times over the next two weeks because my “Find Me” app was showing it never left the office. JASMINE answered every time (when someone actually answered) and kept making excuses as to why it wasn’t delivered yet. I finally had enough of the BS and called the All Seasons Resorts SLC location and spoke to Toby. He sounded horrified, assured me that he would take care of it, but I haven’t heard back from him or anyone else from All Season Resorts, which really highlights the lack of commitment that they have to their guests.

It took me 15 days to receive my iPad, and that is only because I had to threaten JASMINE that I would call the Santa Fe police after letting her know that I already spoke to her colleague. The tracking information was immediately sent to me. The best part is that the label was created minutes before it was finally sent to me. It simply proves all of the excuses she gave me before were all complete and utter lies. I have never met someone so incompetent at their job than I did with JASMINE. I’m not clear what their vetting process is when it comes to their employees, but All Seasons Resorts clearly missed the mark with the only two individuals I’ve encountered. It’s very evident to me that All Seasons Resort does not care about their guests and I will never give my money to these businesses.

The lodge at Park City . This is maintained by all season resorts number one the bed was very uncomfortable. The TV wasn’t working for two hours. It took forever for a maintenance man to show up in the front office was very unprofessional and hung up on me multiple times.

Fort Marcy Suites Santa Fe was an enjoyable experience.

Great location, walking distance to the plaza. Quiet neighborhood.

Great service, we forgot a personal item and the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams made sure we got it back in great condition. We will be back!

I booked one of your units in Santa Fe NM. Specifically Quail Run 521 Townhome, 3101 Old Pecos Trail and the VRBO reservation was 69727.

It was booked for Oct 19th to Oct 25th and you charged me a total of $3,163.99

We live in Canada and we were coming to Santa Fe for a holiday however because of the government shutdown and reported delays and disruptions with air travel,we were not comfortable flying.

We contacted your office on October 8th with the understanding we had until October 12th (the date the final payment was due) however we were advised we missed the date to receive a 50% refund by a couple of days.

I found the contract to be confusing and I didn't understand those terms until VRBO directed me to another page.

Can you consider a 50% refund on grounds of compassion?

Loved it from the moment I walked up!

All Seasons Resort Lodging was the perfect getaway for me. It had a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a full kitchen and large fridge. There were also lots of food choices within walking distance. It gave me everything I wanted and more!

The unit was very nice, perfect for our 2 night visit.

Clean, attractive, perfect size, quiet, clean. Everything we look for in a weekly rental property, Close enough to walk to most places in the Plaza.

The Lodge at Mountainside Resort is wonderfully located! Our stay was a summer stay and we very much enjoyed the facilities and activities at Adventure Park which is located directly behind The Lodge. The Lodge itself is old and the furnishings are outdated. But still we were able to rent a condo which slept ten individuals, which was important for our family vacation plans.

Room was clean with an outstanding view. Third floor firepit/hot tub is phenomenal for relaxing. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Only thing was our shower was making a high pitch squealing noise about half the time when it ran.

We loved the location and the apartment was well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable!

Condo was clean, well kept, and comfortable. Very easy process

The unit provided all the conveniences of home. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The location was also perfect for us, directly across street from our favorite restaurant and a short walk to all of the shops on Main Street. We will definitely come back again!

The Fort Marcy establishment has always been a very well run and friendly business to deal with. We have been staying with them for years and have never experience and real issues or problems that weren’t solved very quickly. Their location is also a great benefit for walking to the close downtown tourist and cultural parts of the city.

Location was awesome- close to everything in town! Our unit was perfect
- clean, well decorated, nice hot tub and a parking spot! Four seasons was great to work with when we needed something!
