Very poor service. They should not be advertising in the paper if they can't deliver a proper service. Little or no communication, even after emailing them. I have been buying cd's with this online store for a while, they used to dispatch deliveries quite quickly, but for the past 8 months or so their service has totally gone downhill and degraded. Recent dispatch times turning into weeks instead of days, a most recent order is still missing after several weeks and zero communication. I have not received a response to any of my enquiries. I will write another complaint. I won't be shopping there any more and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered a CD on 6th August. Contacted them via email on the 10th and by WhatsApp as the order hadn’t been despatched and included the order number. First message we’ll “get back to you”. No response so I called the number which just kept ringing out. I sent a message saying that I’ll dispute the transaction with my bank unless they provide an update. Surprise surprise, I get an immediate response saying they needed a “few minutes to check”. I then accidentally received a screenshot of another customers order, which they then removed. After sending them a screenshot of my order confirmation, the messages went back and forth. I asked multiple times for the dispatch details and didn’t receive them but customer service is reading the messages (blue ticks on WhatsApp). Called them again this morning and they gave the same excuses about the order being “processed” and that they were waiting for information from the dispatch team (same information I’ve been waiting on since yesterday for). I argued with them and they said either wait for the order or we’ll issue a refund. I asked specifically for a refund. They then sent me an email confirming the order has been dispatched and the tracking number 🤣 Thought the tracking number was fake but my order arrived this morning. Genuinely an absolute joke because the only reason I received my order was because I stated 3 times that I’d be disputing the transaction with my bank. This would have been a 1 star review but they get 2 stars because I received the correct order. Avoid this company like the plague because the incompetence that I’ve dealt with for the last 3 days regarding the communication of my order has been another level of lunacy.

I ordered a CD copy of the 1981 BBC lord of the rings for £55 rather than the discounted £85 asked by TG Jones, who I believe are allthemusic.co.uk's sole competitor for a first hand version of this product at the time of writing. I took a gamble for a lower price based on the other reviews on Trustpilot and I am pleased to say that the product arrived with no issues.

My sole criticism, and it is a very mild one, is that it was ordered on 21/07/2026 and didn't arrive until 31/07/2026 i.e expect potentially increased lead time on your order over the likes of HMV, Zavvi and EMP.

I shall be considering purchasing from them again in the future due to a decent variety of stock and being a source of relatively niche products.

CD ordered for my elderly Mum, not yet arrived/dispatched & 2 emails sent but no reply 😡 advert was in the Sun newspaper

I ordered '100 No1 Hits of the 60s', a 4CD set costing £9.99. with free postage! Three days later I received my order by Royal Mail, securely packaged, just the most perfect service! The CD set was very good value for money and just as described with all my favourite artists and songs as advertised. Allthemusic is a safe, reliable and efficient company to deal with and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again!

Ordered a cd beginning of June. Still not received it. Countless emails sent. No other way to contact them total scam company do not buy anything from them.

On 23rd November 2025 I ordered and paid £9.99 for 2 x CDs but have never received them and have not been able to contact the company.

This company have taken my money for a Mario Lanza CD which is for my 87 year old dad as a gift. I have emailed several times and had no response! Would strongly advised against using this company!!!!!!!

Ordered beginning nov still not received. Sent numerous emails not one reply. No phone number available. Avoid

Giving one star as its not possible to give none. Money taken for my order on 7th November 2025. No item received so far and three emails to this company later I still have no reply! Will be reporting to trading standards! Horrific customer service - I strongly advise you do not use!
